Pop phenom Taylor Swift has become the biggest celebrity on the planet.
Fame is starting to get her head.
And now Taylor Swift is threatening to sue a student for one reason no one saw coming.
Jack Sweeney, a 21-year-old student at the University of Central Florida, is in the crosshairs of pop star Taylor Swift.
Sweeney runs several social media accounts that are automated to track and publicize the minute-by-minute movement of private jets owned by celebrities, billionaires, politicians, and the like in order to “expose” the amount of carbon emissions they produce.
Now, the most famous person on the planet has hit him with a cease-and-desist letter claiming his flight tracker has caused her “direct and irreparable harm, as well as emotional and physical distress.”
Swift has called carbon emissions an issue of “life or death,” but like most of the elite environmental extremists, she frequently cruises around in her private jet, a method of transportation that produces more carbon emissions than any other.
Sweeney’s flight-tracking social media accounts have left the Grammy-winning pop star in a “constant state of fear for her personal safety,” according to her attorneys.
“While this may be a game to you, or an avenue that you hope will earn you wealth or fame, it is a life or death matter for our Client,” Swift’s attorney Katie Wright Morrone wrote.
Wright Morrone added that there is “no legitimate interest in or public need for this information, other than to stalk, harass and exert dominion and control.”
Sweeney thought the letter and threat of a lawsuit was a scare tactic by Swift’s legal team.
He noted that all information that he posts on social media comes from publicly available data.
“I think it’s important to note that nowhere do I intend for harm,” Sweeney told The Daily Mail in a statement. “I actually think Swift has some good songs.”
“I believe in transparency and public information,” he added.
The threatened legal action against a college student comes as Swift is under attack from her fellow left-wing environmental extremists over the carbon footprint she produced while attempting to leave a performance in Japan in order to fly to Las Vegas to support her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in the Super Bowl.
In the two weeks of travel before the Big Game, Swift’s private jet was estimated to emit more than 200,000 pounds of carbon emissions.
That is 14-times more than the average American household would produce in an entire year.
Swift is an outspoken Democrat who endorsed President Joe Biden in 2020, and is worried about climate change.
And silencing the flight tracker that’s revealing her staggeringly massive carbon footprint would certainly go a long way towards keeping the woke left-wing outrage mob off her back.
