Alvin Bragg thought he had all his ducks in a row going into his trial against Donald Trump.

Now his criminal case is in shambles.

And Trump Lawyer Alina Habba took a flamethrower to Alvin Bragg’s sham case.

Stormy Daniels testifies for the court of public opinion

Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg put Stormy Daniels on the witness stand in his criminal case against former President Donald Trump.

Daniels is at the center of the baseless charge by Bragg that Trump’s accountants made an incorrect ledger entry to interfere in the 2016 Election.

But her testimony didn’t provide any evidence that the former President committed a crime.

Daniels was a witness for the court of public opinion.

Bragg’s case is about doing the maximum amount of political damage to Trump as possible.

Democrats were hoping that Daniels would drop bombshell testimony so that their allies in the media could run with it.

But she came across as angry, unhinged, and out to use her 15 minutes of fame to line her pockets.

Even the media couldn’t put a positive spin on her testimony.

Alina Habba dismantles Alvin Bragg’s witch hunt against Trump

Trump Lawyer Alina Habba was in the Manhattan courtroom for Daniels’ day on the witness stand.

She called the testimony “complete garbage” when she was asked for her reaction to the day’s events.

“I was in the courtroom today. I was in the courtroom yesterday,” Habba said. “What’s more compelling to me is that the prosecution, whose case, frankly, in my opinion, has been destroyed, is completely discredited.”

She said that the case is about keeping him off the campaign trail to defend himself against an accounting error.

Hannity pointed out the big problem with calling a witness who didn’t testify to a crime.

“As a matter of law, everything she talked about today was immaterial,” Hannity said. “I mean, it has really nothing to do with the law.”

The Fox News host noted that Daniels signed a statement denying an affair with Trump in January 2018 that she now claims she was pressured into doing.

“Well, was she pressured to deny the affair in 2006? Was she similarly pressured to deny it in 2011? Was she pressured to deny it in 2016? Was she pressed– pressured to deny it in 2017? Because that’s an awful lot of times that she was out there denying it and then admits she wanted to make money and sell a book,” Hannity explained.

Habba noted that Daniels changed her story about her relationship with Trump.

“That’s correct. And I’m not going to speak to her testimony. She’s currently under oath,” Habba said. “What I will say is this, Sean, when you have inconsistencies with any witness, it speaks volumes. When you pick people who are not credible it speaks volumes.”

CNN and MSNBC legal analysts admitted that Daniels’ testimony didn’t seem credible.

“What we saw today was a story that I’ve heard for a decade that is complete garbage,” Habba stated. “And finally, the facts are coming out and the cases are falling apart like a domino, one at a time.”

Alvin Bragg’s decision to put Stormy Daniels on the witness stand blew up in his face.
