Americans are sick of woke athletes and their inane political stances.

NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar learned the hard way that it was foolish to defend controversial CNN anchor Don Lemon.
Lemon found himself in hot water after his comments about woke RINO former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.
In response to Haley saying Joe Biden was past his prime, Lemon claimed Haley was the one past her prime since the 51-year-old Haley was past her sexual peak.
“This whole talk about age makes me uncomfortable,” Lemon stated. “I think it’s the wrong road to go down. She says people, you know, politicians are suddenly not in their prime. Nikki Haley isn’t in her prime.”’
Lemon’s comments infuriated co-host Poppy Harlow who asked if Lemon was saying Haley was past her sexual prime.
“That’s not according to me,” Lemon confirmed that was the case claiming it was simply science to say Haley was too old to have children. “It’s like, prime. If you look it up. If you Google when is a woman in her prime, it’ll say 20s, 30s, and 40s.”
Lemon tried to diffuse the situation with a weak apology on Twitter.
“The reference I made to a woman’s ‘prime’ this morning was inartful and irrelevant, as colleagues and loved ones have pointed out, and I regret it. A woman’s age doesn’t define her either personally or professionally. I have countless women in my life who prove that every day,” Lemon posted.
Abdul-Jabbar claimed he understood the point Lemon was trying to make, but that Lemon merely worded it inartfully.
“Don – we know your heart was in the right place. I think you were referencing women being in their prime during their ‘reproductive years’. Women are always in their ‘prime’ because in my opinion, they get stronger, more courageous and more beautiful as they get older,” Abdul-Jabbar wrote in response.
That was too much for Megyn Kelly who blasted Abdul-Jabbar for constantly playing the race card and never passing up an opportunity to tell Americans they were a racist people who live in a racist country.
Kelly noted that Abdul-Jabbar’s woke sensibilities vanished in this case.
“Look at this guy – constantly lectures us on how morally superior he is – but 100% ok with Don Lemon’s misogyny. There is NO context in which this comment is okay. Stop defending it. Pathetic,” Kelly exclaimed.
