And now Marjorie Taylor Greene revealed this sick plot to kill Donald Trump.
Marjorie Taylor Greene warns Democrats are trying to get Donald Trump killed in prison
In an interview with Inforwars’ Alex Jones, Greene (R-GA) wanted Trump supporters to know that Trump is fighting two battles at once.
Trump’s opponent in the 2024 election isn’t just Joe Biden.
It’s also Democrat prosecutors and judges trying to rig criminal trials to send Trump to jail for the rest of his life.
“He’s putting all he has into trying to win the election,” Greene stated. “But you also gotta remember, he’s– at the same time he’s trying to run for president again, he’s having to put everything he has into defending himself against these rigged trials and this unbelievable perversion of our justice system. And the Democrats aren’t sorry about it. They aren’t gonna back off of what they are doing. They literally want him dead.”
Greene explained that the hatred for Trump is so great that Democrats are trying to change the laws to put his life in danger.
Democrat bill would put Trump’s life in danger
January 6 Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) introduced the Disgraced Former Protectees Act.
This legislation will eliminate Donald Trump’s Secret Service protection if he goes to jail.
Greene said this bill would amount to a death sentence for Trump if he’s sentenced to prison.
“Bennie Thompson introduced a bill to take away his Secret Service protection,” Greene told Jones. “That’s how serious they are. They want President Trump dead. They want to lock him up in jail for the rest of his life, so that he dies in jail, and they want to take away his Secret Service protection so that he is murdered somewhere in jail, possibly. This is how serious they are.”
Thompson claimed that Trump receiving Secret Service protection amounted to special treatment and that Trump could evade jail time if the agency found protecting him while in prison was impractical.
“Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee – even a former President. It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality. Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them,” a press release announcing the bill read.
Between 2014 and 2021, 89 prisoners were murdered.
Putting Trump in jail and leaving his protection up to prison authorities would paint a target on his back as anyone in jail who wanted to turn themselves into a historical figure would try and shank Trump in the cafeteria line or workout yard.
Democrats don’t just hate Donald Trump.
