Joe Biden has been a disaster as President of the United States.
Thankfully some Republican Governors are stepping up for Americans.
And Texas Governor Greg Abbott just took matters into his own hands after Biden’s dismal failures.
Joe Biden has failed the American people on several issues, but his worst blunder might be on the border crisis.
Not only has he not curbed illegal immigration, he’s made it significantly worse.
Illegal crossings have reached record highs on Biden’s watch.
Some of Biden’s first actions as president were to reverse Donald Trump’s effective border policies, such as the Remain in Mexico policy, which is currently tied up in the Supreme Court.
Now, Texas Governor Greg Abbott is doing what he can to curb illegal immigration since the Biden administration is not interested.
Abbott struck a deal with Mexican officials where the Texas National Guard will provide razor wires to the federales in order to dissuade the endless stream of border crossers.
Independent journalist Ali Bradley first broke the story, writing that Texas National Guard “soldiers are on standby to cross international waters to provide razor wire to Mexico—This would be the first time U.S. forces would be working alongside Mexican Feds since the influx began last year.”

The move by Abbott was necessary because the Biden administration has effectively embraced open borders.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a policy de-emphasizing apprehending illegal aliens who have not committed felonies.
Former DHS official Lora Ries said of the Biden administration, “Forget sanctuary cities – this turns America into a sanctuary country. Prominent leftists have spent the past months calling to ‘abolish ICE.’ The Biden administration effectively just made their wish come true.”
Abbott also put migrants on a bus to Washington, D.C. after his state, particularly border communities in South Texas, has been overrun by illegal border crossers and asylum seekers.
Over 90% of asylum claims are bogus, so catch-and-release is essentially back in play.
Border crossers are even given smartphones by the Biden administration, purportedly so they have a means of being tracked and communicating with immigration services.
But Mayorkas already announced that border crossers who don’t commit felonies in the country will not be prioritized.
The Democrats’ border policies are so unpopular, Hispanic voters in border communities are turning to the Republican Party.
