Woke corporations everywhere are taking notice.

And Bud Light just learned some devastating news that will have you grinning from ear to ear.

The backlash to Bud Light signing a marketing deal with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney is not slowing down anytime soon.

In fact, the news keeps getting worse for Bud Light as sales plummeted 17 percent as everyday Americans stopped purchasing the beer after Anheuser-Busch decided to use the beer to promote the idea that biological males pretending to be women is a normal lifestyle.

The New York Post reports:

Bud Light has suffered a “staggering” sales hit following the beer brand’s controversial marketing tie-up with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney — with the latest data showing an alarming 17% drop, according to an industry research firm.

The latest sales data from NielsenIQ and Bump Williams Consulting shows that Bud Light sales fell 17% in dollars, while volume dropped a whopping 21% in the week ended April 15.

That’s sharply ahead of the 6% drop in sales dollars and 11% drop in volume that Bud Light had suffered during the week ended April 8 — the seven days that immediately followed the April 1 launch of the controversial Mulvaney campaign on social media.

The woke marketing executives behind this fiasco – VP of Marketing Alissa Heinerscheid and Anheuser-Busch’s senior marketing chief Daniel Blake – both took a leave of absence after their brain child destroyed the Bud Light brand.

“Given the circumstances, Alissa has decided to take a leave of absence, which we support,” an Anheuser-Busch spokeswoman said in a statement to the Wall Street Journal. “Daniel has also decided to take a leave of absence.”

The majority of Americans are tired of woke corporations playing culture war politics.

People buy Bud Light because they enjoy the taste.

But instead of selling beer the executives behind the Dylan Mulvaney deal thought it was their job to sell values and lifestyle.

And Blake and Heinerscheid figured that younger, more liberal Americans will only support companies that share their woke values, which is how a biological male falsely claiming to be a woman ended up with a Bud Light sponsorship deal.

But what Blake and Heinerscheid forgot is that their core audience of Middle America believes that if you go woke you will go broke, and they are willing to make sure Anheuser-Busch learns that lesson the hard way.
