Donald Trump will be the 2024 Republican Party Presidential nominee.

The main question now is who Trump will select as a running mate.

And Laura Ingraham was caught by surprise when Donald Trump shared his Vice Presidential shortlist with her audience.

The November election is lining up to be a rematch of the 2020 election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has dominated the GOP Presidential Primary race from the get-go.

He won by a record 30 points in Iowa and defeated Nikki Haley by 11 points the following week in New Hampshire.

Haley is refusing to drop out of the race even though she has no chance of taking the nomination away from Donald Trump.

Of course, Haley and her campaign are the only ones who think she has even a prayer of defeating Donald Trump in the Primary.

Trump is currently leading Nikki Haley by 30 points in the upcoming South Carolina GOP Primary.

That’s why most Republican voters have now turned their attention to who Donald Trump will select as a Vice Presidential running mate.

Donald Trump previously revealed that he had already decided on a running mate, but said that he is waiting until a few months down the road to make the announcement.

He clearly stated that it would not be RINO Nikki Haley or Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Laura Ingraham hosted a Fox News town hall with the former President in Greenville, South Carolina.

And Trump offered up a few of the names from his shortlist to Laura Ingraham and those in attendance.

“Former President Trump indicated that at least a half a dozen contenders — including three former rivals for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination — are on his shortlist for running mate,” Fox News reported. “The commanding frontrunner for the GOP nomination had plenty of praise for one of those potential candidates who joined Trump at Fox News town hall on Tuesday in this upstate South Carolina city.”

When Ingraham asked Trump about his shortlist, he named Ron DeSantis, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Kristi Noem, Byron Donalds, and Tulsi Gabbard.

“Are they all on your shortlist?” Ingraham asked the former President.

“They are,” Trump answered. “Honestly, all of those people are good,” he continued. “They’re all good, they’re all solid.”

Since Trump only has one term he can serve, whoever he selects will automatically be considered the frontrunner for 2028 if he defeats Biden in November.

Right now no one knows who Trump plans on asking to join him on the ticket against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
