Every election cycle Republican politicians claim that they’re going to fight for conservative values and the Constitution.
You can count on one hand the number of Republicans in Washington, D.C. who actually follow through with that pledge.
And Speaker Mike Johnson just stabbed working-class Americans in the back to hand illegal aliens this unthinkable gift.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) put a $78 billion tax bill on the floor of the House of Representatives for a vote.
The bill passed overwhelmingly 357 to 70, and now heads to the Senate.
Conservatives hope to kill the bill.
Normally, Republicans line up behind supposed “tax cuts.”
But Speaker Johnson signed onto a scheme to expand the child tax credit which hands a $2,000 per child gift to the millions of illegal aliens President Joe Biden is trafficking into the country.
The Swamp’s tax bill fails to close a loophole that allows illegal aliens to claim the Child Tax Credit.
These payments simply reward and incentivize illegal migration!
What a slap in the face to the American people.

Republicans in the Senate – led by RINOs Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Senator James Lankford (RINO-OK) – are in the process of surrendering to President Biden and Democrats on a deal that will cement open borders as the official policy of the U.S. government by requiring that at least 1,825,000 illegal aliens be allowed to flood the country each year.
Speaker Johnson added the cherry on top of that betrayal by giving his blessing to a deal that allows illegal aliens to collect a $2,000 reward for each child they manage to smuggle into the country.
Republican voters can’t understand what’s going on.
According to a new Morning Consult and Bloomberg poll, of the seven battleground states many believe will ultimately decide the election, immigration is the second most important issue for voters – behind the economy, of course – and 61% of voters blame Biden for his border crisis.
Now, RINO elites like McConnell and Lankford want to throw away the GOP’s political edge on the issue by putting Republican fingerprints all over a bill that establishes a minimum level of illegal immigration annually, while Speaker Johnson helps President Biden establish yet another carrot to entice future waves of illegal aliens to continue flooding America’s borders.
The politics of these deals stink.
The policy is even worse as it represents a complete betrayal of American sovereignty.
