Joe Biden is a gaffe machine.
No one knows what will come out of his mouth during live events.
And Biden left his audience speechless after telling another humiliating lie.
Joe Biden is liable to say anything when he goes off the teleprompter.
He has made a career of telling lies and making embarrassing gaffes.
And he did it again while stumping for Florida Democrat candidate for Governor Charlie Crist.
Biden drew applause from the crowd for touting HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities).
He then got carried away and implied that he attended one.
Biden said, “It’s great to be at Florida Memorial University, one of the nation’s great HBCUs! I’m a big fan of HBCUs. I got my start at one of those other HBCUs: Delaware State University.”
Biden, of course, did not attend Delaware State University, a fact that Ron DeSantis’s rapid response director Christina Pushaw pointed out.
She wrote on Twitter, “While campaigning for Charlie Crist in Miami-Dade County, Joe Biden claims that he went to college at a HBCU (Historically Black institution) Delaware State University. He didn’t… He went to the University of Delaware.”

Democrats quickly rushed to Biden’s defense and said that “got his start” at Delaware State meant that he began his initial Senate campaign there.
That is an incredibly charitable interpretation given the context.
Beyond that, Biden has a long history of lying on the campaign trail.
He was forced to suspend his 1988 campaign for President after he got caught plagiarizing a speech from British politician Neil Kinnock.
Biden also said he received a scholarship to Syracuse law school and graduated near the top of his class – Biden did not receive a scholarship, and he graduated at the bottom of his class.
Biden lied repeatedly about his son Beau dying in combat in Iraq, among many other tall tales.
He recently said he spoke to the man who created insulin, but if he did, it must’ve been in a seance or through a Medium as Dr. Frederick Banting and professor John James Richard Macleod both died before Biden was even born.
Perhaps the bigger concern for the Democrats is that Biden is campaigning for Crist in Miami-Dade, which has traditionally been a Democratic stronghold.
But the latest polls project Miami-Dade will turn red and vote for DeSantis over Crist.
Democrats appear to be bracing for a red wave in the upcoming Midterm elections.
Biden has screwed up far more than a campaign speech, and voters seem poised to punish him for it.
