Democrats have been waging lawfare against Donald Trump since the Russian-collusion hoax and the Mueller witch hunt.
But Joe Biden ramped up the lawfare against Trump when he announced he was running for a second term in the White House.
Trump is now facing 91 charges against four criminal indictments as part of Biden’s weaponized justice system.
But the case against Trump brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is the only one that could result in a conviction before the November election.
Trump is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records for listing a reimbursement for a nondisclosure agreement with Stormy Daniels as being for legal services.
Democrats were certain that the charges would be enough to stop Donald Trump in the election.
But so far they have backfired.
And despite facing multiple indictments and charges, Donald Trump is now leading Joe Biden nationally and in the seven battleground states that will determine the election.
“Former President Donald Trump holds the lead in all seven swing states over President Joe Biden, a Tuesday Emerson/Hill poll found, further narrowing Biden’s electoral college path to 270,” Breitbart reported.
Instead of harming Donald Trump, Joe Biden’s lawfare is making him even more popular.
According to a new Rasmussen poll, 32 percent of respondents said that Alvin Bragg’s case is making them more likely to vote for Donald Trump compared to 26 percent who said they are less likely.
40 percent of respondents said that the trial will make no difference on who they vote for in November.
This is bad news for Joe Biden, as lawfare was his only hope of winning a second term given his horrible record.
Donald Trump recently offered some advice to Joe Biden.
Trump recommended that he drop the lawsuits since they are harming his poll numbers.
“What Crooked Joe Biden is doing with all of these ridiculous D.C. inspired lawsuits against me is, and make no mistake about it, ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Drop the lawsuits, Joe, and maybe you’ll do better than you are doing now!!!”
Joe Biden must be in a state of panic over the polls showing his lawfare is helping Donald Trump.
Biden has no record of accomplishments to run on in this election.
Lawfare was his only hope.
And it’s backfiring big time.
