The feud between Clarence Thomas and Joe Biden dates back more than 30 years.

Biden has been trying to escalate it since becoming President.

And Clarence Thomas sent one bold message to Joe Biden that left him seething with rage.

Democrats have been ramping up their attacks on the Supreme Court after the Justices dealt them a series of high-profile defeats under President Joe Biden.

Biden has railed against the conservative Justices on the high court and he’s singled out Clarence Thomas in particular.

The President used an interview with The New Yorker to take a shot at Thomas by parroting a smear concocted by a left-wing media outlet.

Biden coyly referred to Thomas without specifically naming him as “the guy who likes to spend a lot of time on yachts.”

Democrat-funded media outlet ProPublica has been running a smear campaign against Thomas by trying to portray him as corrupt for accepting vacations that were paid for by a longtime friend.

None of this is a violation of long-standing judicial ethics rules but the media wants to delegitimize the Supreme Court to build momentum to pack it by adding additional Democrat Justices during a potential Biden second term.

Clarence Thomas sends Joe Biden a message

Biden gave the final State of the Union address for his term in office where he gave an angry, highly partisan speech.

Typically, the State of the Union is attended by the Justices on the Supreme Court.

When the Chief Justice and the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court’s arrival was announced at the House chamber before Biden’s speech, there were three notable absences.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Amy Coney Barret all skipped the State of the Union this year.

Biden has spent his first term in office attacking the conservative Justices, so many saw that as Thomas giving him the cold shoulder.

Thomas isn’t going to bicker back and forth with Biden publicly, but his absence sent a message.

Joe Biden uses State of the Union to attack Supreme Court

The three Republican-appointed Justices skipping the State of the Union was justified when Biden used his speech to launch another bitter partisan attack on the high court.

The President directly addressed the Justices during a portion of his speech where he ranted about the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade.

He stared at the six Justices present in the front row to tell them that he would make abortion-on-demand the law of the land again because Roe got it right.

“With all due respect, Justices, women are not without electrical [sic] power,” Biden said while staring down the Justices.

He then threatened them for overturning Roe.

“Excuse me, electoral or political power. You’re about to realize just how much . . .” Biden ranted.

Clarence Thomas had better things to do with life than to listen to a dark and divisive speech by Joe Biden.
