Democrats thought 91 criminal charges across four politically-motivated indictments would end Donald Trump’s shot at winning a second term in November.

But Joe Biden’s lawfare is backfiring.

And Jimmy Kimmel saw one set of Presidential poll numbers that left him feeling sick with a headache.

Jimmy Kimmel is the host of ABC’s late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Kimmel started off as a comedian at Comedy Central where he landed his first big role as the co-host of The Man Show.

During his time on The Man Show, Kimmel was known as a great comedian who could always make the audience laugh.

But Kimmel has become a radical leftist who spends his entire monologue bashing Donald Trump and his supporters while pushing the Democrat Party’s talking points.

Today, Kimmel’s show only averages around 1.5 million nightly viewers.

That’s because instead of focusing on comedy that makes fun of all political parties and views, Kimmel’s program pushes the Left’s woke ideology.

On Wednesday’s episode, Kimmel opened up the show with a monologue about the latest polls showing Joe Biden losing to Donald Trump in the swing states that will determine the outcome of the election.

Kimmel referenced a Wall Street Journal poll that showed Donald Trump leading Joe Biden in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Trump is leading in six of the seven key swing states and is tied with Joe Biden in Wisconsin.

The poll also showed Joe Biden is trailing Trump on the most important issues facing voters this fall.

Biden is only leading on the issues of “protecting democracy” and “abortion.”

“Not only is he still the frontrunner according to a new Wall Street Journal poll,” Kimmel said, before adding that “Trump leads Biden in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.”

These are “all important states, which just gives me a headache,” he added.

“How could this be?” Kimmel asked. “I mean, he doesn’t even lead in a poll of people who worked for him.”

Kimmel cited RINO Mike Pence, Trump’s former Defense Secretary, and his former Chief of Staff John Kelly.

Democrats like Kimmel are in a frenzy over the polls showing Trump leading Biden nationally and in the swing states.

After years of the media attacking and smearing him as a violent and dangerous threat to democracy followed by criminal charges, Kimmel and his left-wing pals thought they had finally taken down Donald Trump.

But the lawfare is backfiring.

And Democrats are scrambling to try and figure out where the Left went wrong.
