Kamala Harris is starting to take more risks with her campaign.
But it almost instantaneously backfired on her.
And Megyn Kelly took Kamala Harris to the woodshed for this wrong answer.
Kamala Harris does a media blitz
Vice President Kamala Harris has been under fire for avoiding the press during her Presidential campaign.
Her handlers have kept her and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz from doing many sit-down interviews.
But with the momentum shifting in the race to former President Donald Trump, Kamala was sent on a media blitz of friendly outlets including Late Night with Stephen Colbert, The View, 60 Minutes, Howard Stern’s show, and the podcast Call Her Daddy.
That tour confirmed why handlers avoided having her do interviews.
She said on ABC’s The View that she couldn’t think of anything she would have done differently than President Joe Biden.
Her campaign has been trying to make it seem like she wouldn’t be a continuation of the Biden Presidency.
60 Minutes bails out Kamala
Kamala was interviewed by the long-running CBS show, 60 Minutes, where the producers were clearly trying to help her.
She delivered a rambling response to a question from CBS correspondent Bill Whitaker about Israel.
60 Minutes posted a preview clip of the interview on social media of Kamala’s answer, which was a word salad.
But they edited her answer when the interview aired on CBS to make her response more concise.

Kamala came across as in way over her head with her answer’s during the 60 Minutes interview even with the show trying to help her with friendly editing.
Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly dropped the hammer on the Vice President for her awful answers during the interview on her SiriusXM show.
“She doesn’t know anything about foreign policy. When Trump became President, he had been a businessman,” Kelly said. “He had never been a world leader but he figured it out. He figured it out darn quick because he had a lifetime of experience running things, making big decisions, and understanding the world.”
The Trump campaign turned down an interview with 60 Minutes and asked for an apology for the show claiming that Hunter Biden’s laptop was fake in 2020.
“It was really kind of stunning to watch how clueless she was on her own economic plans, her lies about immigration, and, when we veered into Ukraine, China, and Israel, it was like blank stares and absolutely no answers,” Kelly stated.
Kamala blamed Congress for the surge in illegal immigration when President Joe Biden took office in 2021 during the 60 Minutes interview.
“Then there was a question about Iran,” Kelly said. “If you have proof that Iran is building a nuclear weapon, would you take military action? ‘I won’t speak about hypotheticals,’ China attacks Taiwan. Would we use military force to support Taiwan? ‘I’m not going to get into hypotheticals.’ These are totally appropriate questions.”
“These are totally fair game,” Kelly continued. “This is not a deposition. We are entitled to answers on these questions, [but] she doesn’t know the answers. How can you look at this woman and say she is qualified to be President of the United States?”
