The left-wing media has been fawning all over Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff.
They can’t get enough of a man who puts his wife’s career above his own.
But Doug Emhoff just showed how he’s nothing more than a pawn on his wife Kamala’s political chessboard.
Even though she’s been Vice President since January of 2021, most Americans don’t really know that much about Kamala Harris.
For the first three years of Joe Biden’s Presidency, Democrats and the media treated Kamala like an evil stepchild.
Many Democrat strategists thought Joe Biden made a huge mistake by selecting someone with horrible political skills like Kamala Harris.
Every public appearance she made as Vice President was filled with confusing word salads and her annoying villain-style cackling.
But Democrats and their allies in the media started singing a different song about Kamala Harris as soon as Joe Biden dropped out and endorsed her as his replacement.
Kamala Harris spent the next six weeks reading a script from a teleprompter at each public appearance while the media sold her to the public as the greatest Democrat since Barack Obama.
They furiously worked to hide Kamala Harris’ far-Left record from the American people.
Kamala Harris has a record that is as far-Left as it gets.
From the Green New Deal to gun confiscation to tax hikes to trillions of dollars in wasteful spending, Kamala Harris is on record supporting the Left’s entire wishlist.
Aside from trying to sweep her record under the rug, the media is also propping up Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, as some type of role model husband.
Politico referred to him as America’s “Dad-in-Chief.”
But Emhoff cheated on his first wife and impregnated the nanny.
No one knows what happened to the child, if it was aborted or put up for adoption.
Emhoff is taking a major role in his wife’s campaign as a surrogate.
Unlike Kamala, he’s at least willing to sit down for an interview with the press.
Emhoff appeared for an interview this week with former Obama aides Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer, and Tommy Vietor on the Crooked Media podcast.
He recalled the moment when Joe Biden dropped out of the race.
Emhoff had been in a SoulCycle class in West Hollywood without his phone, which infuriated Kamala.
“The phone, steam is coming out of it,” he said on the podcast. “I finally talked to her [Harris] and she said, ‘Where the f*** where you, I need you.’”
“It was a very short conversation, and it really has been like getting shot out of a cannon,” he said. “The next day, I was in Wilmington, addressing the now Harris campaign, and it was so surreal.”
He admitted that he hardly ever sees his wife because she puts the campaign and her political career above their relationship.
“There’s not a lot of, like, happy-couple chit-chat with us, it’s not like, ‘Hey, this is pretty amazing,’” he said. “She’s like, ‘Get back to work.’”
“You can’t even say anything to her because she’s so focused,” he added. “That it’s just, ‘Yeah, I’m not gonna pay attention to that, get back out on the road.'”
He went on to praise his wife as a “joyful warrior” and a “bada** warrior.”
“She’s the joyful warrior,” he said. “So that kind of part about her was the joyful part, let’s end with the bada** warrior, the person I also see.”
