Trump campaign debuts new ad
An ABC/Ipsos poll found that 86 percent of Americans think Joe Biden is too old to be President.
Biden’s age – he would be 86 at the end of a second term – has many Americans believing Biden won’t finish a second term.
“Only 34% of registered U.S. voters think President Biden would complete a second term if re-elected, 44% believe he’d leave before it ended and 22% are unsure, according to a new CBS News/YouGov poll,” Axios reported.
Videos in recent weeks showing Biden meandering, freezing in place, or of his brain shutting down only heightened the scrutiny on Biden’s age and cognitive decline.
Biden winning re-election, likely means at some point Kamala Harris would become President.
Harris is the most unpopular Vice President in history.
Democrats would prefer Harris be neither seen nor heard so the American people forget she exists.
Donald Trump and his campaign wanted to make sure that’s not the case.
The Trump campaign ran an ad during the debate highlighting Biden’s physical and mental decline while reminding Americans how old Biden will be in a second term.
The ad then cuts to a clip of Harris firing off her signature cringe cackle with the narrator telling Americans a vote to keep Joe Biden President today will make Kamala Harris President tomorrow.
Harris as President terrified Democrats
In 2020, Joe Biden pitched himself to Democrats as a “transitional” figure.
Everyone assumed this meant he would serve only one term.
Then Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris as his running mate, based solely on Harris’ race and gender.
Harris came into office and within six months, saw a staff exodus as no one liked working for her.
In March 2021, Biden named Harris his border czar, and Harris became the face of the biggest policy failure of the administration.
But beyond Harris’ poor political and managerial skills, Harris is simply unlikeable.
Even liberal comedians think Harris is a joke.

Joe Biden had to run for President in 2024 because, if he didn’t, Harris would be the nominee, and no Democrat thinks she can actually win an election.
But that decision is also now a political weakness because polls show the American people think Biden’s age will prevent him from completing a second term.
And that will put the decision of whether or not they want Kamala Harris as President front and center in the minds of swing voters.
