The Washington Post recently published a report claiming that General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made several calls to Chinese officials during Donald Trump’s Presidency and secretly promised to warn them ahead of any U.S. military action.
Republican leaders are demanding Milley be removed from his command, with Donald Trump even calling it an act of treason.
But you won’t believe what Biden just told the press about General Milley.
In a new book by Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, the authors describe in detail how Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made multiple phone calls to the Communist Chinese during Donald Trump’s Presidency and promised to warn them ahead of time if America was planning to attack.
The Washington Post reports:
In a pair of secret phone calls, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army, that the United States would not strike, according to a new book by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political reporter Robert Costa.
One call took place on Oct. 30, 2020, four days before the election that unseated President Donald Trump, and the other on Jan. 8, 2021, two days after the Capitol siege carried out by his supporters in a quest to cancel the vote.
MOMENTS AGO: Pres. Biden says “I have great confidence in General Milley.”
In response to the bombshell revelation, Republicans are demanding an immediate investigation into the allegations.
Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, who called the actions “treasonous,” is calling for General Milley to be questioned under oath with a polygraph test.
If the claims are proven true, Republicans are demanding Milley be fired and potentially tried for treason.
Of course, there’s good reason to believe the claims are true.
After all, this is the same “woke” General Milley who supports teaching Marxist-based Critical Race Theory to our soldiers in the military.
Not only that, but it’s no secret that Milley flat-out hates Donald Trump.
As Democrat authors Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker wrote in their book, I Alone Can Fix It, General Milley once compared Donald Trump to Hitler and his supporters to Nazis.
And in the same book, the authors make a very similar allegation against Milley as the one reported by The Washington Post.
However, instead of calling the Communist Chinese, General Milley took a private phone call from Nancy Pelosi where they plotted a scheme for the military to defy any orders made by Donald Trump for a nuclear strike.
Of course, the corporate-controlled media is trying to give cover to General Milley and brush aside the potentially treasonous allegations.
They’re trying to get the American people to stay focused solely on the COVID-19 pandemic.
But during a press briefing on Wednesday, when asked by reporters if General Milley did the right thing, Joe Biden only had seven words to say about the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
“I have great confidence in General Milley,” Biden responded before leaving the room and refusing to say anything more.
While Biden may have confidence in Milley, the American people don’t.
And if the allegations turn out to be true, then it should be the end of Milley’s career and Joe Biden’s Presidency.
