Van Jones built his entire career telling America that conservatives were the extremists.
He recently went on X to beg his own party not to support Hamas – and Democrats ignored him.
What Jones admitted about the Democrat Party confirms everything conservatives have said for years – and the Left is too far gone to stop it.
Jones Calls Out the Agenda His Party Spent Years Enabling
Jones went on X Saturday with language that would have gotten any Republican called a fascist for saying it.
He called the DSA’s positions on Hamas, policing, and immigration “regressive.”
Not edgy. Not extreme. Regressive – his word.
“Supporting Hamas is not progressive,” Jones wrote. “No police, no prisons, no borders is not progressive. Celebrating the murder of Israeli civilians is not progressive.”
He’s right.
And he just described official DSA policy.

The DSA’s “Workers Deserve More” platform – the document their winning candidates are running on – calls for abolishing police and prisons, abolishing ICE, ending all deportations, granting amnesty to immigrants regardless of status, and cutting every dollar of U.S. military aid to Israel.
It also calls for ending all U.S. economic sanctions on Iran.
That’s not a fringe position paper.
That is the platform of candidates now winning Democrat primaries in New York and Colorado – and targeting Michigan and Wisconsin next.
The DSA Is Not Coming – It Already Arrived
Melat Kiros just beat Diana DeGette – a congresswoman who had held her Denver seat since 1997 – by running as a full-throated democratic socialist.
In New York, two DSA-backed candidates knocked off incumbent Democrats with the blessing of socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
DSA went from two members of Congress a year ago to five on track after this cycle – and its leaders are openly discussing a run at the White House in 2028.
Jones described the primary results as a “wave of joy and terror” running through the Democrat Party.

He told reporters he cannot be under the same tent as the DSA and argued Mamdani should take his candidates and form an entirely separate party.
Thirteen moderate House Democrats responded by signing a “Promise to America” pledge committing to basic principles – borders, capitalism, and patriotism.
In 2026, publicly defending capitalism is a bold political statement inside the Democratic Party.
Democrats Held the Door Open
Jones warns that “extremists are trying to sneak backwards proposals into our party” – as if those extremists came from nowhere.
They didn’t sneak in.
Democrats held the door open.
Every campus protest they refused to condemn.
Every defund-the-police moment they stayed quiet through.
Every Hamas sympathizer they let speak at their events unchallenged.
That is where the DSA built its base.
Jones now warns that mainstream Democrats are “too frustrated with MAGA and the Democrat Party establishment to notice” what the socialists are doing.
That’s not a warning.
That’s a confession.

His party is so consumed by Trump Derangement Syndrome that voters are handing primaries to people who celebrate Hamas, want to abolish ICE, and view the U.S. military as an instrument of imperialism.
Conservatives called this years ago.
Van Jones called them racists for it.
Now he’s on X begging his own party not to celebrate the murder of Israeli civilians – and the DSA just won three more primaries anyway.
Trump was right the whole time.
And the Democrat Party just proved it.
