Tulsi Gabbard Just Released Declassified Documents Proving the First Trump Impeachment Was a Fraud

Adam Schiff lied to America for six years about what he knew.

Now the documents are out – and they prove exactly what Trump said all along.

The man who triggered the whole impeachment admitted in writing he had no firsthand knowledge of anything.

Eric Ciaramella Was a Biden Loyalist and Registered Democrat With No Firsthand Knowledge

The so-called whistleblower was never a whistleblower.

That's not spin.

That's the law.

Under the whistleblower statute, a valid complaint requires two conditions: the alleged wrongdoing must involve intelligence activity, and the person who committed it must be a member of the intelligence community.

The president of the United States is not a member of the intelligence community.

Never has been.

Under Article II of the Constitution, the president has sweeping authority to conduct foreign affairs, negotiate with foreign leaders, and request information from them.

That's precisely what Trump did in his July 2019 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky – he asked Ukraine to look into Hunter Biden's seat on the board of Burisma Holdings, and into Joe Biden's on-camera admission that he threatened to withhold a billion dollars in U.S. taxpayer money unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating that same company.

That's not impeachable.

That's the president doing his job.

CIA analyst Eric Ciaramella – a registered Democrat who worked closely with Vice President Biden and traveled with him to Ukraine – filed the complaint that launched the entire proceeding.

He wasn't a witness to the call.

He was a rumor.

His own intake form said it plainly: "I do not have direct knowledge of private comments or communications by the President."

How the Deep State Buried Exculpatory Evidence and Let Schiff Run the Setup

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released classified documents on April 13 that the American public was never supposed to see.

What they show is methodical.

Inspector General Michael Atkinson received the complaint, knew Ciaramella had submitted false information, vouched for his credibility anyway, and labeled the complaint an "urgent concern" – a designation the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel had already told him it didn't meet.

Then Atkinson pushed it aggressively toward Congress anyway.

Exculpatory evidence – Ciaramella's admitted partisan bias, his confession that he had no direct knowledge, his apology for lying about coordinating with Schiff's staff before filing – was buried under a classified marking.

Trump's defense team never saw it.

Congress never saw it.

Adam Schiff knew all of it.

Ciaramella had coordinated with Schiff's staff before the complaint was ever filed – a fact Schiff concealed while telling the country publicly he had never spoken with the whistleblower and didn't even know his name.

When that was exposed as false, Schiff claimed he "misspoke."

The documents show the analyst later apologized to investigators for making the same false claim as Schiff.

That apology was also classified and kept from the public.

Gabbard sent criminal referrals to the Department of Justice on April 16 targeting both Atkinson and Ciaramella, accusing them of manufacturing a conspiracy – potential charges include false statements, perjury, obstruction, and conspiracy to defraud the United States government.

This Was Never About a Phone Call

Here's the part that should make you furious.

Ciaramella wasn't some alarmed civil servant who stumbled onto something troubling.

He was a Biden loyalist embedded inside the Trump White House who heard about the Zelensky call secondhand, coordinated with Schiff's team before filing anything, and then watched Democrats use his complaint to launch the first impeachment of a sitting president in 21 years.

The DOJ had already told Atkinson the complaint didn't rise to the level of "urgent concern."

Atkinson ignored it.

Hunter Biden's Burisma arrangements were already under DOJ criminal investigation when Trump made that call – which is exactly why asking Ukraine to look into it was legitimate, not corrupt.

Democrats impeached him anyway.

They sat on documents proving the entire thing was staged, hid exculpatory evidence from Trump's defense team, and let Schiff go on television for six years claiming vindication.

Now Gabbard has the documents.

Now there are criminal referrals sitting at the DOJ.

The men who manufactured this impeachment should answer for it in a courtroom – not on cable news, not in a memoir, in a courtroom.

Trump survived it.

It's time the people who engineered it find out what accountability actually looks like.
