Fox News is fighting to keep him from restarting his show fearing that Carlson will peel off an even greater slice of Fox News’ decreased audience.
And now it looks like Carlson is showing he means to play hardball as his allies leaked to the Daily Signal that Fox News operates a woke workplace.
On the air, Fox News hosts and guests rail against groomers trying to recruit children into transgenderism.
But behind the scenes Fox News allows biological males to use the women’s bathroom, allows men to wear dresses, and forces employees to refer to transgenders by their preferred pronouns.
The Daily Signal reports:
Fox News employees are allowed to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity, rather than their biological sex, and permitted to dress in alignment with their preferred gender. They must also be addressed by their preferred name and pronouns in the workplace.
These are just a few of the policies outlined in the company handbook, dated January 2021, a copy of which was shared with The Daily Signal. Fox also offers to help employees come up with a “Workplace Transition Plan” to ease their gender transition at work.
Fox News also uses left-wing terms like “gender affirming care” in their news stories.
“The revelations comes amid conservative consternation at Fox Digital’s use of activist language like ‘gender affirming care’ in stories on its website, as well as the site’s consistent use of female pronouns for biological males like TikTok celebrity Dylan Mulvaney and swimmer Lia Thomas (formerly known as Will Thomas),” the Daily Signal also reports.
So-called “gender affirming care” is really a euphemism for chemically castrating children.
And the use of the term changes how the public perceives transgender surgeries for minor children.
A Washington Post/Kaiser Family Foundation poll found that 62 percent of the public supported so-called “gender affirming care” for children ages 10-14.
But when asked if they supported puberty blockers for children ages 10 to 14 that number shrunk to just 37 percent.
By using the term “gender affirming care,” Fox News is playing into the hands of the Left’s effort to recruit children into transgenderism.
The source for this story was an unnamed former Tucker Carlson producer – believed to be Justin Wells who Fox News fired along with Carlson – who was quoted in the article saying Fox News deceives its viewers about how woke it really is.
“They want you to think it’s this place that supports traditionally conservative values,” the former producer for Tucker Carlson Tonight stated. “But in reality, they’re pushing this nonsense behind the scenes.”
