Democrats are trying to turn the 2024 Election into a referendum on Donald Trump.

They are going to live to regret that decision.

And Tim Scott dropped one fact about Donald Trump that left Democrats trembling with fear.

Democrats’ strategy in the 2024 Election is to use lawfare to inflict maximum political damage on former President Donald Trump.

They’re banking on the legal controversies surrounding him sinking his campaign.

Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) told CBS News host Robert Costa that voters don’t care about Trump’s court cases, they care about the issues impacting their lives during an appearance on Face the Nation.

He made the comment in response to a question from Costa about Trump’s legal issues hurting Republicans this fall.

“This has only exposed the two-tiered justice system that many Americans fear,” Scott said. “You have a justice system that hunts Republicans, while protecting Democrats. Bob, one of the most compelling pieces of evidence towards this fact is Special Counsel Hur’s report that said that absolutely without any question, Joe Biden mishandled classified sensitive material. At the same time, you have courts actually targeting and running after Republicans. Not just however, the former President, but whether it’s pro-life activists or folks showing up at school board meetings, being referred to by this Department of Justice as domestic terrorists. We have a two-tiered justice system that is being exposed.”

Trump’s polling against President Joe Biden has gone up since his first criminal indictment by Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg last year.

The public is more concerned about the problems plaguing the country under Biden’s failed leadership.

Trump is now polling better against Biden than at any point during the 2020 Election cycle.

Scott said that the American people are looking to the future this election.

“Their issues are very clear by the way,” Scott added. “The American people are more focused on their future than Donald Trump’s past. What they’re more focused on is making sure that our southern border is secured. We’re looking at almost 10 million illegal crossings by the election. The American people aren’t asking the questions about legal challenges.”

The economy and the cost of living have consistently been top issues this election cycle and voters don’t approve of Biden’s handling of them.

“The American people are asking questions about economic challenges,” Scott continued. “When two-thirds of Americans according to a few polls, say that they don’t have $1,000 in their savings account. Joe Biden’s inflation has also increased interest rates that has decimated savings and investments for people living paycheck to paycheck. These are the top issues that Americans are talking about. They’re not talking about legal challenges. They’re talking about their challenges across a kitchen table.”

Ronald Reagan asked voters during a debate in the 1980 Election if they were better now than they were four years ago under President Jimmy Carter before his landslide victory.

The American people are clearly worse off than they were under Donald Trump and that is going to cost Joe Biden in the election.
