The tide is starting to turn in America’s culture war.
The Left is losing its grip on the entertainment industry.
And the woke mob erupted into a frenzy when rock legend Alice Cooper described the transgender movement by this one word.
From professional sports to Hollywood to major corporate brands, the Left has had America’s entertainment industry under a lock and key for years.
But the Left crossed a line when they targeted children with their woke gender ideology and now more and more Americans are standing up and fighting back.
Anheuser-Busch has lost billions of dollars over Bud Light entering into a sponsorship with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney.
After the Left tried to cancel Jason Aldean, Americans rallied behind him and catapulted his song “Try That in a Small Town” to the top of the charts.
And Oliver Anthony’s hit “Rich Men North of Richmond” is currently the number-one song on Billboard’s Top 100 chart after hitting the top of iTunes and Spotify within days of its release.
But now some music legends are stepping into the debate and offering their views on the woke ideology.
Alice Cooper is a rock legend with a career that spans over five decades.
He is considered the “Godfather of Shock Rock” because of the pyrotechnics, guillotines, electric chairs, fake blood, reptiles, and other props that frequently appear on stage at his concerts to match his dark style of fashion.
Cooper was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.
But despite his dark style, Cooper is known as a devout Christian.
And during a recent interview with StereoGum, Cooper dropped a truth bomb on the Left about how the transgender movement is nothing but a “fad.”
“I’m understanding that there are cases of transgender, but I’m afraid that it’s also a fad, and I’m afraid there’s a lot of people claiming to be this just because they want to be that,” Cooper said. “I find it wrong when you’ve got a six-year-old kid who has no idea,” he continued, before adding that “he just wants to play, and you’re confusing him telling him, ‘yeah, you’re a boy, but you could be a girl if you want to be.’”
Cooper called it “absurd” for the Left to tell kids “you can be anything you want” as far as how they identify.
“It’s getting to the point now where it’s laughable,” he said. “If anybody was trying to make a point on this thing, they turned it into a huge comedy.”
Cooper admitted that “I don’t know one person that agrees with the woke thing.”
