What you didn't know was the socialist networks built during those riots never left – they just went underground, waiting for the next dead body to exploit.
Saturday morning, Alex Pretti gave them exactly what they needed, and within minutes a Chinese-funded protest machine deployed across America with military precision.
Minneapolis ICE Database Tracked Border Patrol Before The Shooting
Encrypted Signal messages obtained by Fox News prove this wasn't organic outrage – it was coordinated surveillance.
At 9:50 a.m., three minutes before Pretti died, a user named "Willow" was already filming Border Patrol agents outside Glam Doll Donuts.
The activists built a database called "MN ICE Plates" with 4,626 records documenting federal agents' license plates, vehicle makes, and exact locations across Minneapolis.
They tracked Border Patrol to that street corner and sent alerts summoning "backup needed" to the parking lot where agents were staging.
Entry 344 in their database reads "At the nicollet murder" – cataloging a black Jeep Wagoneer with agents "involved in shooting."
These weren't protesters reacting to violence.
They were operatives hunting ICE agents to that donut shop, swarming the scene minutes before the first shot.
The database labels 455 records as "Abductors" – their word for federal officers enforcing immigration law.

At 10:48 a.m., BreakThrough News blasted the shooting video across social media with 4.1 million views by Sunday.
BreakThrough News operates as propaganda for The People's Forum, a New York nonprofit funded by Neville Roy Singham.
Singham is an American-born billionaire who sold his tech company in 2017 for nearly $1 billion, moved to Shanghai, and started pumping money into Marxist-Leninist groups operating on U.S. soil.
By 12:24 p.m., the Party for Socialism and Liberation published ready-made protest graphics with Pretti's face and the message "CBP MURDERS ANOTHER IN MINNEAPOLIS."
Their call: "EXPAND THE GENERAL STRIKE."
General strikes are classic communist tactics – coordinated work stoppages designed to paralyze cities and force political outcomes through economic chaos.
At 12:33 p.m., emergency protests were organized for Union Square in Manhattan, scheduled for 4 p.m. that same day.
Democratic Socialists of America posted at 12:57 p.m. demanding "ABOLISH ICE NOW."
By 4:12 p.m., Calla Walsh – filmed in Iran this summer shouting "Death to America! Death to Israel!" – shared video of barricades built from dumpsters, calling Border Patrol "ICE Gestapo."
CNN covered the New York protest that evening without mentioning organizers were from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, even as cameras captured signs with the group's name printed across the bottom.
CNN also interviewed Pretti's "next-door neighbor" Chris Gray, presenting him as a concerned citizen delivering heartfelt appeals for "non-violent resistance."
What CNN deliberately hid: Gray is a member of Socialist Alternative, the U.S. branch of International Socialist Alternative seeking to create a "socialist world."
The network used him to push their general strike messaging while CNN gave them national credibility by concealing his organizational ties.
George Floyd Protest Networks Used Operation Metro Surge For Recruitment
The infrastructure built during 2020's riots remained embedded in Minneapolis.
Encrypted Signal channels stayed active, license plate tracking databases kept growing, and activist cells maintained their rapid deployment capability.
A Minnesota Historical Society historian admitted to CBC News: "2020 came and went, but those organizations are still here. Those networks are still here."
Vice President JD Vance identified the pattern as "engineered chaos" that's "unique to Minneapolis" – the "direct consequence of far left agitators, working with local authorities."
The Freedom Road Socialist Organization has waved its red "FRSO" flag at every Minneapolis protest since Renee Good's killing earlier this month.
Linda Sarsour, the Palestinian operative who led anti-Israel protests after October 7, rallied New York crowds shouting "We will bring this country to a halt!"
These aren't random activists expressing grief over police violence.

House Republicans Subpoena Chinese Communist Party-Linked Billionaire
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna moved to subpoena Singham during a House Oversight Committee meeting last week.
Luna said Singham "has been funding extremist organizations that fuel division and civil unrest in this country, especially regarding the anti-ICE riots."
The committee approved the subpoena by voice vote.
Luna laid out exactly what Singham represents: "He's not a registered agent under FARA and has been connected to a number of riots, including the anti-ICE riots funded in Los Angeles. He is definitely anti-American ideologically and is funding groups known to sow discord in this country. He is a known foreign agent for China."
Then-Senator Marco Rubio previously referred Singham to the Justice Department for Foreign Agents Registration Act violations when serving on the Senate Intelligence Committee.
The New York Times documented Singham donating almost $65 million to organizations including Code Pink, The People's Forum, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and BreakThrough News.
Beijing's state media has amplified accounts in Singham's network more than 122 times since February 2020, coordinating messaging across both Chinese propaganda outlets and American nonprofit groups.
His money flows through mailbox nonprofits in Illinois, Wisconsin, and New York with innocuous names like "United Community Fund" and "Justice and Education Fund."
The funding structure leads back to The People's Forum in New York City, which Singham established in 2017 as an incubator for socialist organizing.
Singham married Jodie Evans, co-founder of Code Pink, who adopted pro-Beijing positions after their 2017 marriage.
His Shanghai office space is shared with the Maku Group, an organization promoting "the miracles that China has created on the world stage" – a group Singham has funded with nearly $1.8 million.

The playbook mirrors George Floyd – exploit genuine public sympathy, then rapidly transform victims into symbols of resistance against American institutions.
Alex Pretti was a 37-year-old ICU nurse at a Veterans Administration hospital.
His parents said he protested because "he cared about people deeply and he was very upset with what was happening in Minneapolis."
Now his face appears on mass-produced posters created by groups funded by a Marxist-Leninist living in Shanghai.
Party for Socialism and Liberation co-founder Gloria La Riva posted Saturday night: "Alex Pretti was murdered in cold blood, everyone knows that. 10 shots in his back. All of Trump's, Noem's, Bovino's lies cannot cover it up. The people's struggle will only grow!"
The encrypted Signal channels remain active.
At 4:37 p.m. Sunday, rapid responders sent alerts tracking two confirmed ICE vehicles with agents conducting operations around Minneapolis.
Their database disclaimer states they "do not condone its use to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede or interfere with the official duties of any officer" – legal language that doesn't change what the database accomplishes.
It directs agitators to federal officers conducting lawful immigration enforcement.
The groups operate with tactical precision using emoji codes: 🚗💨 signals mobile patrol hunting agents, 🚗📍 marks stationary monitors positioned at key intersections, ☎️ indicates dispatch coordinating on group calls, 🍽️ means license plate checkers verifying vehicles against ICE databases.
When Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem reported Saturday that protesters bit off an agent's finger, that wasn't random mob violence.
That was the coordinated chaos these networks create by design.
The Chinese Communist Party isn't funding American protests to support immigration reform or racial justice.
They're funding the systematic dismantling of American sovereignty, one weaponized tragedy at a time, using networks that can mobilize six cities within two hours.
