Democrats pursued criminal investigations against Donald Trump with maniacal determination.
But Democrats’ zealotry may have gotten the better of them.
And the charges against Donald Trump may get tossed because of this unbelievable mistake.
Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis turned in a clown show performance in her decision to indict Donald Trump on the latest set of sham, politically motivated and unconstitutional criminal charges for contesting the results of the 2020 election.
In her rush to get Trump, the Fulton County Court posted an indictment against Donald Trump on 13 counts relating to a RICO case where Willis claimed the Trump campaign operated as a racketeering enterprise.
But there was one giant problem.
The court posted the indictment while the grand jury was still hearing witness testimony.
This was a serious problem and the court falsely claimed the indictment was a “fictitious” document.
But when Willis unsealed the eventual document it was the exact same indictment the court posted hours earlier.
The charges against Trump are the exact same ones that were accidentally posted to Atlanta’s Fulton County website ten hours ago, before the grand jury had even voted to indict. The same leak the court labeled “fictitious” a few hours ago. So pathetic. See for yourself. https://t.co/YY6s0CDeBD pic.twitter.com/tfzdoRkCRU

The grand jury proceedings in Fulton County looked like a sham with a predetermined outcome.
Donald Trump Jr. slammed Willis for prosecutorial misconduct and tainting the grand jury pool by releasing the indictment before the grand jurors voted.
Prosecutorial misconduct like this is what a RIGGED SYSTEM looks like.
How is the AG of Georgia not stepping in to stop this travesty of justice, after the Fulton County DA violated my father's Constitutional Rights and tainted the Grand Jury?
Going full Banana Republic!!! https://t.co/qgkoqE215L

Trump’s lawyers are sure to make a motion to dismiss these partisan charges.
And this slip up by the Fulton County court and District Attorney’s office could form a central argument to get the charges against Trump tossed.
