The Biden administration is once again under fire for being hypocrites with this latest act

Just over a month into their tenure in office, the Biden administration has proven to be anything but trustworthy.

For tens of millions of Americans that was a given, but for others, it’s a fact they seem to just be learning.

And now, the Biden administration is once again under fire from both sides of the political aisle for being hypocrites with this latest act.

This past week, Joe Biden ordered the first military action of his presidency – a U.S. military airstrike in Syria that targeted multiple facilities the Pentagon claims are used by an Iranian-backed militia.

According to reports, the bombings killed 22 fighters and were allegedly in response to attacks on American troops in Iraq.

Interestingly, though, Biden, Kamala Harris, and Press Secretary Jen Psaki had much different feelings about such actions by a President when Donald Trump occupied the White House.

In fact, both conservatives and progressives took to social media recently to point out the Biden administration’s hypocrisy.

In April 2017, then President Donald Trump ordered a tomahawk missile attack against Syria.

At the time, President Trump explained his reasoning was due to the fact that “Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, launched a horrible chemical weapons attack on innocent civilians.”

“Using a deadly nerve agent, Assad choked out the lives of helpless men, women, and children. It was a slow and brutal death for so many,” Trump continued. “Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror.”

Despite the fact that innocent civilians were brutally murdered by Assad, Jen Psaki took to Twitter to attack Trump for the actions he took, while questioning the “legal authority” for such an attack.

That Tweet was brought back to people’s attention after this week’s actions by Biden, with many people, including former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, asking whether Psaki would “circle back” to answer her own questions in order to mock the Press Secretary’s famous crutch catchphrase when she doesn’t know what else to say.

Senator Rand Paul also pointed out Psaki’s hypocrisy on Twitter, retweeting her old Tweet and asking what authority Biden had for his most recent actions.

Even progressive journalist Glenn Greenwald said on Twitter that someone should ask Psaki her own question.

In addition to Psaki’s clear hypocrisy, Kamala Harris also previously suggested that Trump needed Congressional approval for military action – approval Biden didn’t attempt to obtain for his attack – after a coalition of U.S., U.K., and French forces bombed chemical weapons sites in Syria after a suspected chemical attack in 2018.

But it wasn’t just Trump’s military intervention in Syria that the Biden administration previously had issues with.

Joe Biden himself even criticized Trump for pulling troops out of Northern Syria in 2019, a decision Biden claimed was “erratic and impulsive,” and not much different than his own actions this past week.

Clearly, the Biden administration is a shameless bunch who couldn’t care less about being some of the biggest hypocrites imaginable.

Whether the criticism comes from the Right, the Left, or both, Joe Biden and his lackeys are merely going to do what they please, even if they would have been beside themselves had Donald Trump taken the exact same actions.

Needless to say, with almost four more years until the American people can move on from this hypocritical administration, this won’t be the last time the Biden Bunch gets exposed.
