Socialists Just Unveiled a Plan to Abolish the Senate and End America as You Know It

The DSA's socialist machine just knocked out four sitting members of Congress in Democrat primaries.

Now they released the platform that explains exactly what they plan to do next.

And the man running the organization just said the most chilling part of it is "very reasonable."

Their newly released manifesto – called "Workers Deserve More!" – demands the permanent elimination of the U.S. Senate, the replacement of both the president and the Supreme Court with officials chosen by and answerable to Congress, full amnesty for every illegal immigrant in the country, and the defunding of the Department of War.

That's not a radical fringe document.

That's the governing vision of the fastest-growing political movement inside the Democratic Party.

They're Not Hiding It Anymore

The platform was approved at a formal meeting of the DSA's National Political Committee – the organization's actual governing body.

One of the NPC co-chairs, Ashik Siddique, admitted the agenda is radical and then said he thinks "more and more people" are coming to see abolishing the Senate as "very reasonable."

Let that land.

The people writing this document aren't protesters outside a building.

They are the leadership of an organization that now claims over 100,000 members and has won congressional seats in Colorado, Michigan, and New York – defeating sitting members of Congress in the process.

This Isn't New – It's Just Winning Now

The first socialist member of Congress – Victor Berger of Wisconsin – introduced a resolution in 1911 to abolish the Senate and strip the president of veto power.

He was laughed out of the building.

The DSA is not being laughed out of anything.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani – a DSA member who knocked out former Gov. Andrew Cuomo last year – just watched three of his endorsed congressional candidates sweep primary victories against incumbents backed by Governor Kathy Hochul and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

A DSA member is about to become mayor of Washington, D.C.

Another DSA candidate advanced to a November runoff in Los Angeles.

This is not a protest movement anymore.

It is a political machine – and it's winning.

The Plan Is Exactly What It Sounds Like

The DSA platform doesn't just call for policy changes.

It calls for a new constitution, a "democratic socialist republic," and the dismantling of every constitutional check the Founders put in place to prevent exactly this kind of concentrated power grab.

The document calls for ending all U.S. economic sanctions – which means lifting them on Iran, Cuba, and Russia.

It calls for closing every U.S. overseas military base.

It calls for open borders, an immediate halt to all deportations, and full voting rights for noncitizens and convicted criminals.

Historian Victor Davis Hanson called it "a modern-day French Revolutionary-like takeover of the Democratic Party."

That's exactly what it is – and the French Revolution didn't end well for most people.

What This Means for the Democratic Party

The establishment Democrats who tried to stop this – Hakeem Jeffries, Kathy Hochul, Dan Goldman, Adriano Espaillat – lost.

They didn't just lose narrowly.

They lost badly, to first-time candidates and a doctoral student who spent the year before her campaign organizing anti-Israel protests at Columbia University.

The Heritage Foundation's Daily Signal put it plainly: the DSA is not demanding different policies – it is demanding a different country.

Here's what that country looks like.

A judiciary appointed by and answerable to Congress alone.

One legislative chamber with nothing to check it.

A military stripped of funding while China and Russia expand.

Borders open to anyone.

Every illegal immigrant granted full amnesty and the right to vote.

This is the vision that just swept Democratic primaries in New York, Colorado, and Michigan.

And the Democratic Party's national leadership has no answer for it.
