Rosie O'Donnell fled to Ireland to escape Donald Trump and still can't stop talking about him.
Now she's back – declaring the president "very physically ill" and insisting he shouldn't control the nuclear codes.
What she just said about his health – from a podcast studio in another country – is something you need to read to believe.
The Diagnosis Nobody Asked For
O'Donnell made her armchair medical assessment during the latest episode of the On With Kara Swisher podcast, where she and Swisher spent their time lamenting Trump's approval ratings.
"He's falling asleep, that he's very physically ill, that he doesn't look like he's long for this Earth, that he shouldn't be the man in control of the nuclear code," O'Donnell declared.
Then came the kicker: "These are things that everyone around him knows."

Everyone around him knows.
The woman living in another country – who hasn't been in the same room as Trump in years – just told America that she has insider knowledge of what his staff thinks.
What the Actual Doctors Said
Trump's physician, Navy Captain Sean Barbabella, released a three-page report following Trump's May physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
The verdict: Trump "remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function."
Trump scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on his cognitive assessment – the Montreal Cognitive Assessment – the same score he has posted three consecutive times.
A 3D scan of his heart showed no abnormalities.
The White House added what the medical record already made clear: Trump is "the sharpest and most accessible president in American history."
O'Donnell's medical credential, for reference, is a daytime talk show hosting stint that ended in 2007.
A 20-Year Pattern of Being Wrong
The feud between Rosie O'Donnell and Donald Trump started in 2006 when she attacked him on The View after he gave Miss USA a second chance.
Trump called her a "real loser."

She called him "Satan" at the GLAAD awards.
He brought her up unprompted during a 2015 presidential debate – when asked about calling women "fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals" – and the crowd roared.
In 2025, after O'Donnell moved to Ireland, Trump suggested revoking her citizenship.
She responded by doing what she always does: going on a podcast and telling the world what she thinks about Donald Trump.
Two decades of attacks from Rosie O'Donnell and Trump just won his second term in a landslide.
One of them is running the most powerful country on Earth.
The other just announced she'll be a guest on The View's 30th anniversary season.
Why This Playbook Always Fails
The left has been predicting Trump's physical and mental collapse since 2015, and they've been wrong every single time.

Thirty-six physicians signed a letter in April calling Trump "mentally unfit" – while admitting they had never examined him.
That's not medicine.
That's a press release.
Meanwhile, Trump turned 80 in June, passed his cognitive test for the third consecutive time, and keeps a public schedule that would exhaust most men half his age.
O'Donnell, from her podcast studio, has diagnosed the president of the United States as "not long for this Earth."
The same diagnosis the left has been making – and getting wrong – for ten straight years.
