Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley are battling it out to be the anti-Trump alternative in the GOP Primary.
Both DeSantis and Haley believe if they can force a one-on-one race with Donald Trump they can defeat the 45th President and win the GOP nomination.
And now Ron DeSantis dropped the hammer on Nikki Haley with this brutal truth bomb.
The DeSantis campaign released a new website dedicated to showing GOP voters the real Nikki Haley.
“Nikki Haley is not the conservative she pretends to be, so the Ron DeSantis for President campaign is launching a new microsite today shining a light on the real Nikki Haley. The site will allow Republican primary voters to see for themselves that Haley has supported every liberal cause under the sun,” the DeSantis campaign press release announcing the site read.
“There’s a reason Nikki Haley is running away from her record and refuses to take tough questions from the media – she can’t risk exposing her liberal views on issues most important to conservative voters,” the press release added.
The centerpiece of the site was a video exposing the fact that Haley was a globalist RINO who supported unlimited immigration into the United States and declared that Hillary Clinton was her inspiration for getting into politics.
Haley also opposed DeSantis stripping Disney of its special governing privileges after Disney tried to kill a bill that stopped teachers from sexualizing children in grades k-3 with lesson plans about transgenderism.
The new website and video come on the heels of Haley appearing on Fox News crowing about how her polling momentum showed she surpassed Ron DeSantis for second place and only had Donald Trump left to catch.
“I’ve already debated Ron three times. We’re getting ready to debate again next month . . . I’ll see you in Tuscaloosa . . . We have one more fella to catch up with and we’re going to continue to make that momentum,” Haley declared.
And there is no doubt that the establishment donor class sees Haley as their candidate.
Former Mitt Romney chief fundraiser Spencer Zwick is on board and BlackRock CEO Larry Fink – who mastered the practice of using corporate power to force states to accept the Green New deal and woke ideology on diversity, equity and inclusion – also met with Haley.
Polls show Haley is the candidate moving up in the race.
A NBC/Des Moines Register poll found Haley and DeSantis tied at 16 percent as Haley gained ten points from the last NBC/Des Moines Register poll.
Surveys out of New Hampshire show Haley in a clear second – far behind Donald Trump – and DeSantis falling to fifth.
DeSantis is trying to reverse the fortunes of his stalling campaign and he hopes telling the truth about Nikki Haley’s leftist record will do the trick.
