Joe Biden’s presidency is completely falling apart.
Donald Trump tried to warn Americans about what would happen if Biden took office.
And one Trump prediction about Biden’s terrible energy policy just came true.
Under Donald Trump, the U.S. became a net exporter of oil and natural gas.
Trump achieved this feat by deregulating the energy sector and allowing innovation and new projects to flourish.
Joe Biden undercut all of that almost immediately when he took office.
Now gas prices have surged to record highs.
And Trump predicted that it would happen.
Trump first predicted in November 2020 that gas prices would surge to $7 per gallon on Biden’s watch, and he reiterated that point last May.
And that is the current reality America finds itself in.
Breitbart reported that the “price of gas in Gorda, California, reached $7.59 on Sunday. Fuel stations in Los Angeles County were also selling premium gasoline for more than $7.00 a gallon. One gas station in Los Angeles was advertising gas for $6.99. The average price for gas in California is $5.343. Nationally, the average price of gas is $4.065, up over one dollar from last year.

As Trump said, gas has gone to $7 per gallon, and the national average price of gasoline has eclipsed the all-time high set in July of 2008.
Trump also called out the folly of renewable energy.
He pointed out that “[wind farms] ruin the environment, they kill the birds and they cost a fortune…We have natural gas…costs us nothing. Actually nothing. They burn it off. When you look at all of those flames on top of the wells, that’s natural gas that they burn off. They throw [it] away…and we want to give that away for windmills.”
Not only are the windmills made in foreign countries, they do not have long shelf lives.
Windmills also require a lot of land usage, which means clearing wildlife and using land inefficiently.
Solar panels are another inefficient energy source.
The production of “green” energy actually leaves a bigger carbon footprint when factoring in the warehouses and trucks required to make and ship the products.
The international Left decided it was a smart idea to undercut their economies with green dreams, and now citizens in multiple countries are paying the price.
