Donald Trump won’t be happy with what he’s seeing on Fox News.
It couldn’t come at a worse time.
And one Fox News star stabbed Trump in the back in this unthinkable way.
Fox News’ Bret Baier praises Kamala Harris’ selection of Tim Walz as her running mate
Kamala Harris sealed the deal on the most radical Left ticket in history with her selection of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate.
But Fox News Special Report host Bret Baier went along with the Democrat Party “vibes” framing of Walz by claiming he was just a regular Midwestern guy who ice fishes and hunts.
“I mean, this guy hunts, he ice fishes. You know, he’s one of those guys. He talks about rural America and how Donald Trump doesn’t understand it. On the flip side, Donald Trump and — the former president and JD Vance are talking directly to those folks and trying to get those folks — just like they built that coalition, he did, Trump did in 2016,” Baier stated.
Co-host Gillian Turner asked if the Harris team picked Walz because he turned in strong performances on liberal cable news shows.
“He is given the credit for coining the term ‘weird’ to describe the Republican ticket. That’s obviously taken off among the Harris crowd. You think this may be a case of the campaign choosing the shiniest object in the room?” Turner asked.
Baier once again showered Walz with praise over his folksy biography, which included being a football coach, while also claiming Walz could speak in plain English.
“They like how he talks. They like how he addresses media interviews. He’s been on our shows. He’s not afraid to get — like JD Vance, he’s not afraid to go to different places. He’s not afraid to mix it up. He does speak in plain speak. He’s a former football coach, you know, former teacher. He has that appeal, that affect,” Baier concluded.
What Baier left out
Baier left out Walz’s far-left record, which included signing legislation mandating tampons in the boy’s bathroom at school.

Walz also signed legislation giving illegal aliens driver’s licenses along with free taxpayer-funded health care and college tuition.
In addition, Walz signed a bill allowing for abortion on demand up until birth.
And in Tim Walz’s Minnesota, eight babies were left to die even though they were born alive, having survived abortions – he signed a bill at the end of 2023 to stop requiring reporting on babies born alive through botched abortions.
Many Americans believe that all sounds very weird – if not downright evil.
But Bret Baier instead focused on presenting Walz as some everyman who cracks open a six-pack on Sunday to watch the NFL at 1 p.m.
That media framing of the largely undefined Tim Walz spells bad news for the Trump campaign.
