One Democrat just embarrassed the Biden administration with six words

Joe Biden’s Presidency is in a never-ending tailspin.

Even people on the Left are getting fed up with his failures.

And one Democrat just embarrassed the Biden administration with six words.

Virginia Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger is deeply worried about the trajectory of her party.

The moderate Democrat barely won reelection in 2020, and believes Democrats’ embrace of radical policies is turning off voters.

Spanberger is one of the few Democrats to acknowledge the gravity of former Governor Terry McAuliffe losing to Republican Glenn Youngkin in the recent Gubernatorial race.

During the campaign, McAuliffe let it slip that Joe Biden was “unpopular” in Virginia, and Spanberger is echoing those sentiments.

She said to The New York Times about Biden, “Nobody elected him to be FDR.”

Franklin D. Roosevelt was perhaps the closest thing America has had to a king.

During the 1932 election, he accused Herbert Hoover of being a socialist, then proceeded to double down on all of Hoover’s policies and expand government even further.

Roosevelt’s intervention into the economy extended the Great Depression by a decade.

Spanberger added that the American people “elected him to be normal and stop the chaos.”

That was Biden’s pitch to the country, but the chaos has escalated under Biden even though the corporate-controlled press refuses to cover it.

This isn’t the first time Spanberger has ripped the far-left wing of her party.

After the Democrats lost a dozen seats in 2020 and narrowly held onto their House majority, Spanberger said on a postmortem conference call:

“And we need to not ever use the word ‘socialist’ or ‘socialism’ ever again, because while people think it doesn’t matter, it does matter, and we lost good members because of that . . . And if we are classifying Tuesday as a success from a Congressional standpoint, we will get f***ing torn apart in 2022.”

Spanberger was one year off in her prediction because Democrats across the country felt the pain of their radical rhetoric in an off-year election.

She also took aim at the Democrats’ nonchalance toward inflation:

“We were so willing to take seriously a global pandemic, but we’re not willing to say, ‘Yeah, inflation is a problem, and supply chain is a problem, and we don’t have enough workers in our work force’ . . . We gloss over that and only like to admit to problems in spaces we dominate.”

Spanberger is clearly concerned about holding onto her seat, and with good reason.

After all, she narrowly won her re-election race in 2020.

If the radicals are allowed to pull Biden’s puppet strings, she will quickly find herself out in the cold.
