The campus riots weren't organic or spontaneous – they were Cuban.
That's the bombshell buried in a new 100-page State Department report – and it explains everything you saw on your television in 2024.

Cuba's Ivy League Operation
The State Department's report – titled "Cuba: The Capital of 21st Century Communism" – confirms what many conservatives suspected but couldn't prove: Cuban intelligence has treated infiltrating American universities as a formal, documented top priority.
"U.S. universities are one of the premier targets of Cuba's subversive activities, serving as fertile ground for recruiting ideologically sympathetic young Americans who will ascend to positions of influence, power, and access," the report states.
As of 2023, the University of Havana – which the State Department identifies as a key node in the Cuban intelligence network – held educational exchange agreements with nearly 80 American universities.

Eighty.
Cuba's intelligence arm has been "exploiting ideological affinity among left-wing students and faculty" to expand its network of fellow travelers and recruit active agents inside American institutions.
The report doesn't call this a theory or a concern.
It calls it a conclusion supported by U.S. intelligence analysis and testimony from Cuban intelligence defectors.
The Money Trail Behind the Riots
The name most Americans need to learn is Manolo de los Santos.
De los Santos runs the People's Forum – the group the State Department directly links to the storming of Columbia's Hamilton Hall in April 2024.
He has been traveling to Cuba since at least 2009 and has met directly with Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel.
His organization doesn't run on donations from idealistic college kids.
Between 2021 and 2022, the People's Forum's revenue exploded from $486,926 to $4,428,869 – an 800-plus percent increase in a single year – with the overwhelming bulk of that money flowing from China-based billionaire Neville Roy Singham's political network.
Cuba sponsors the ideology.

Singham bankrolls the operations.
American students storm the buildings.
The People's Forum now serves as the fiscal sponsor for the Venceremos Brigade – the Cuban indoctrination program once attended by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.
This is not a theory.
The State Department put it on paper.
They Already Got Inside
The most important thing to understand about Cuba's university strategy is that it already worked.
Ana Montes was recruited as a graduate student at Johns Hopkins in 1984.
She spent 17 years as the lead Cuba analyst at the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency – America's top expert on the very country that was running her.
She exposed the identities of at least four undercover American agents and the location of a secret U.S. military base in El Salvador before her arrest in 2001.
Victor Manuel Rocha was recruited around the time he attended Yale, Harvard, and Georgetown.
He served on the National Security Council under President Clinton, became U.S. Ambassador to Bolivia, and spent nearly 50 years as a covert Cuban agent before his arrest in December 2023.
When Rocha was caught, he told an undercover agent that what Cuban intelligence had achieved was "enormous and more than a grand slam."
Then-Attorney General Merrick Garland called it "one of the deepest and most enduring infiltrations of the U.S. government by a foreign agent."

Both of them started in American universities.
That's the point of the program.
The Program Already Put Spies in the Pentagon
The campus chaos you watched on the news wasn't a generation of confused kids acting out.
It was the latest wave of a 65-year Cuban intelligence operation explicitly designed to turn America against itself.
Cuba – a prison island where citizens face malnutrition, religious persecution, and regime slavery – has spent decades redirecting its resources toward funding, recruiting, and organizing unrest inside America.
The Trump administration is now investigating 145 pro-Cuban organizations for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
The question is no longer whether Cuba infiltrated American universities.
The question is how many people with Ivy League degrees are still serving Havana's agenda today – and some of them are teaching your grandchildren.
