The GOP establishment is rallying around RINO former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.

Never-Trump RINOs are making their move in the GOP Presidential Primary.

And now Nikki Haley held one closed door meeting that should scare every Trump supporter.

Polls show Nikki Haley creeping up on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for second place in Iowa and passing him in New Hampshire and Florida.

GOP elites were never comfortable with DeSantis due to his willingness to fight the Left on culture issues and stand up for conservative values against woke corporations.

Big money donors who want a GOP in the mold of Mitt Romney – where the party rolls over and dies as the culture shifts Left but fights to the death on cutting the corporate tax rate – found their champion in Haley.

Haley opposed DeSantis’ successful effort to strip Disney of its special governing and tax privileges after Disney tried to kill a bill banning sexually inappropriate curriculum about transgenderism in grades K-3.

Corporate elites rewarded Haley with a meeting in New York where Haley made her pitch that these titans of woke capitalism should open their wallets to her campaign.

One disturbing name was in attendance.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink.

BlackRock is the world’s largest asset management fund with over $7 trillion in value in its holdings.

Fink’s made it clear that he intends to use his firm’s financial might – they invest in all the blue chip companies and state pension funds – to force red states to accept diversity, equity, and inclusion mandates as well as the Green New Deal.

In a 2017 New York Times interview, Fink declared companies like BlackRock had to “force behaviors” on race and gender to impose hiring quotas.

“Behaviors are gonna have to change and this is one thing we’re asking companies. You have to force behaviors, and at BlackRock we are forcing behaviors,” Fink stated.

“What we’re doing internally is if you don’t achieve these levels of impact, your compensation could be impacted,” Fink added.

“You have to force behaviors. If you don’t force behaviors, whether it’s gender or race or just any way you want to say the composition of your team, you’re going to be impacted. That not just recruiting, it’s development,” Fink concluded. “We’re gonna have to force change.”

Fink is also the patron saint of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives where BlackRock uses its financial muscle in the form of pension fund investments to force red states to accept the Green New Deal, and destroy the American energy industry and way of life.

The Green New Deal is how the Left wants to ban natural gas stoves and gas powered cars.

Fink and BlackRock want to achieve these goals – not at the ballot box – but through financial blackmail.

And it should worry every conservative that Nikki Haley is who Fink could support in a Republican Primary.

Now they’re being threatened by a left-wing political agenda.

And Joe Biden is in hot water for trashing national parks for this surprising reason.

New York City is being overwhelmed by the growing number of illegal aliens turning up in the sanctuary city.

The city is running out of room to house them so the Biden regime is scrambling to find a place to put them.

House Republicans on the Natural Resources Committee are opening an investigation into the White House over its decision to ignore environmental regulations when it signed off on a move to put illegal aliens up on public lands.

House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-AR) and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), chair of the subcommittee on oversight, sent a letter to the White House Council on Environmental Quality Chairwoman Brenda Mallory for brushing aside environmental laws to lease public lands for housing illegal aliens.

“Regardless of personal or political beliefs on immigration or migrant policy, there is common ground in keeping our national parks – some of America’s most treasured spaces – out of the debate,” the letter read. “All national parks, whether in rural or urban areas, exist for visitors to experience wonder, to recreate and find joy, or to simply learn more about the great history of our nation.”

Westerman and Gosar added that “national parks are not a place to house people, temporarily or permanently, who lack shelter.”

The Biden regime, which often touts its commitment to environmentalism, is desperate to find a place to stash the growing number of illegal aliens so it’s flouting the law to stash them at national parks.

The Department of the Interior leased part of Gateway National Recreation Area’s Floyd Bennett Fields, which is managed by the National Park Service, to New York City’s government.

Temporary housing for illegal aliens was constructed at the recreation area located in Brooklyn.

Westerman and Gosar noted that New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul pointed out that the Interior Department previously said that the move would be illegal before the land was leased out.

Hochul said in August that Interior Department officials told her that “they do not allow for use of shelter on any of their properties.”

The House Republicans also said the White House Council on Environmental Quality allowed the Interior Department to ignore the environmental impact review mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

The law requires that federal agencies do an environmental impact study of projects on federal lands before they’re approved.

“Despite concerns with the legality of housing people on national park land, the Biden administration ultimately moved forward with using national park land to establish a migrant housing encampment,” the letter continued.

They added that the National Park Service received approval to “bypass the standard NEPA compliance process.”

Joe Biden likes to tout his commitment to environmentalism and has added a mountain of new environmental regulations in office.

But he’s putting public lands in danger to save himself from the political damage of his illegal immigration crisis.

Most Hollywood celebrities and famous entertainers are far-Left Democrats.

But there are a few exceptions.

And you won’t believe the two words a top female rap artist used to describe a second term for Joe Biden.

Former President Donald Trump has a broad base of support that includes a large number of Americans not traditionally associated with Republican candidates.

One of those Trump supporters is rapper Azealia Banks.

At age 32, Banks is considered the most controversial female rapper on the planet.

And she’s a fan of Donald Trump.

During an interview with Britain’s The Standard, Azealia Banks explained why she is drawn to Trump.

“He’s just f*****g funny,” Banks said about Trump. “He’s been through how many bankruptcies, how many wives, how many television shows?” she continued, before adding that “nothing can take him down.”

She promoted Trump’s record of peace, as he did not start any new wars while in the White House.

“Well, he didn’t press it the first time,” she replied when asked how she would feel about Trump having the nuclear football. “You never know, Biden might hit the wrong s**t on the antennae and blow the whole thing up.”

As for Joe Biden serving a second term in the White House, Banks said she believes it would be pure “elder abuse.”

She also took a swipe at Trump’s top opponent, Ron DeSantis, who she self-diagnosed with “fat boy syndrome.”

However, Banks is a proud resident of DeSantis’ Florida, where she admits to feeling “way safe” because “everyone carries a gun.”

Banks is also not a fan of Big Tech’s censorship regime.

But she referred to cancel culture as her “biggest f*****g blessing.”

“If you don’t get canceled you’re not, like, cool,” Banks said.

But while Banks may love Donald Trump and support the Second Amendment, she is far from a right-wing conservative.

She pushes the Left’s racial agenda by supporting $100 trillion in slavery reparations to African Americans and claiming that free speech is only reserved “for white men.”

Banks also took aim at Ron DeSantis over his battle with Disney after the company supported grooming young children into the woke gender ideology.

“Seriously, that’s the guy who’s running for President?” Banks said. “The guy who wants to argue with Mickey Mouse?” she continued. “Mm – Okay.”

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin has been a thorn in the side of Joe Biden and his far-Left agenda.

But Manchin is stepping down and will not seek re-election next November.

And now Joe Manchin revealed one truth about Joe Biden’s politics that Democrats refuse to accept.

Democrats currently hold a 51 seat majority in the United States Senate.

However, Democrats are facing a tough Senate map next year with many incumbents facing re-election in states Donald Trump won by a large margin in 2020.

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin recently made Chuck Schumer’s job, holding on to his majority after the 2024 elections, that much more difficult by announcing he would not seek re-election after this term.

Since Manchin is the last Democrat elected to a statewide office in West Virginia, his retirement almost guarantees Republicans will pick up the seat since Donald Trump carried the state by 38 points in 2020.

But Joe Manchin’s retirement from the Senate does not mean his career in politics is over.

Manchin has long been rumored to be considering an Independent bid for President on the No Labels ticket.

In a round of interviews after he announced he would not seek re-election, Manchin took several swipes at Joe Biden and only fueled speculation that he plans to run for President.

During an interview with CNN’s The Source, Manchin lit into Joe Biden as a far-Left out of touch extremist who is “not the person we thought that he was.”

“And then, I’ve been, to a certain extent, on President Biden, he’s not the person we thought that was, elected being a centrist and moderate,” Manchin said. “He’s been pushed so far to the Left,” he continued. “So, if we have this movement in the middle, maybe we can pull people back to a commonsense middle to where they can go.”

“You cannot run your life from the extremes,” Manchin said about Joe Biden. “You’re not going to be successful.”

The West Virginia Democrat Senator then ripped Joe Biden’s open borders agenda and the pro-criminal policies of the Left.

“You can’t have open borders, you can’t have runaway debt, you can’t have the problems that we have, the challenges, crime, all of the things that we’ve got to fight,” Manchin said. “We’ve got to get our financial house in order, we’ve got to secure our borders.”

But CNN was not the only network Manchin appeared on to rip Joe Biden.

He also sat down with NBC News host Kristen Welker on Wednesday for an interview where he admitted Joe Biden’s so-called Build Back Better bill in its original form “would have basically thrown us into a recession, if not a deep depression.”

“We pulled out the bipartisan infrastructure bill out of the infamous BBB, Build Back Better,” Manchin said. “There was just too much, that was throwing too much,” he continued. “I think it would have basically thrown us into a recession, if not a deep depression.”

Only time will tell if Joe Manchin decides to toss his hat into the ring as a candidate for President.

But he is certainly making all the moves that indicate an independent bid is in the future.

Haley was trying to consolidate the establishment support to defeat Donald Trump.

But Nikki Haley’s plan to help the woke mob cancel conservatives instantly blew up in her face.

Haley created a firestorm of controversy by announcing on Fox News she supported a scheme to impose a government mandate on social media companies to force all users to register their identity and post under their real name.

Liberal cancel mobs would use this information to bully conservatives on college campuses and force companies to fire anyone who dissented from the woke party line.

Anonymous political speech is a core American value going back to the creation of the country as John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison anonymously published The Federalist Papers to rally support for ratifying the U.S. Constitution.

Americans across the political spectrum were furious.

“I am still a million percent against government regulation of stuff like this,” conservative radio host Dana Loesch wrote. “It’s not a free speech position, and it’s not in keeping with the way our country was founded. […] It’s a bad argument.”

“Super messed up,” Elon Musk posted. “She can stop pretending to run for President now.”

Haley tried to walk back her demand to enact a government-mandated social media registration scheme by claiming she was fine with Americans posting anonymously, but that Big Tech should require identity verification for foreigners, which she said would eliminate bots.

“I don’t mind anonymous American people having free speech – what I don’t like is anonymous Russians and Chinese and Iranians having free speech,” Haley claimed.

But Haley never explained how social media companies would be able to tell which anonymous accounts were American and which were foreign.

Nikki Haley’s scheme to strip Americans of their First Amendment rights on day one of her Presidency confirmed that Haley is just another Big Government RINO in the mold of Mitt Romney, John McCain, and George Bush.

Joe Biden is the weakest incumbent President since Jimmy Carter.

Biden has a major campaign problem on his hands.

And Joe Biden is in panic mode over this Democrat’s 2024 announcement.

West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin recently announced he was retiring from the Senate, but not politics.

Even though Manchin votes the socialist line in Congress he gives off the vibe of a centrist because of his demeanor and the fact that he hails from one of the reddest states in America.

In a video announcing his retirement, Manchin didn’t rule out a return to politics saying he planned to try and rally the middle of the electorate.

That led to speculation that Manchin bowed out of running for re-election in the Senate – a race he was sure to lose – to instead run for President on the “No Labels” so-called “unity ticket.”

No Labels raised $70 million in funding to secure ballot access for an independent ticket of one Democrat and one RINO.

Manchin is thought to fit the bill for the type of Democrat No Labels is looking to put on their Presidential ticket.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Kristen Welker, Manchin didn’t deny interest in a Presidential bid as Manchin claimed his number one fear was that Joe Biden can’t defeat Donald Trump.

“Here’s what i’m seriously contemplating. I’ve said this clearly, people say, are you going to run? I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure, and immobilize the common sense middle that could be a center left, center right. It could be a person involved in the Grand Old Party forever, but they’ve basically said my Democrat friends over here, the old Blue Dog Democrats, that the middle is gone. There’s not many centrists left. If I can reinvigorate that, I will do everything that I possibly can. I’m scared to death that Donald Trump will become President again. I think we will lose democracy as we know it,” Manchin stated.

Welker again asked Manchin if he was open to a Presidential bid to which Manchin answered in the affirmative.

“You’re saying does that mean you would consider it? Absolutely, every American should consider if they’re in a position to help save the country. I think we’re on the wrong course. I will do everything possible,” Manchin concluded.

The RealClearPolitics polling average shows Trump with a slight lead over Biden by 1.3 percent.

There is no polling data that shows the presence of a third-party candidate like Manchin on the ballot helps Biden.

In fact, Manchin, through his phony branding as a “centrist” Democrat, could very well cripple Biden’s chances as Democrats and soft Republicans who disapprove of both Biden and Trump would have an option to cast their ballot for a Democrat, but not vote to put the senile, 81-year-old Biden back in the White House.

Country music icon Lee Greenwood is one of the biggest patriots in music.

He stands up for America in an increasingly left-wing entertainment industry.

And “God Bless the USA” singer Lee Greenwood shocked his fans with this major announcement.

Country music singer Lee Greenwood confirmed that his 2024 tour would be the last one of his storied career.

The Grammy-winning artist confirmed that he’s retiring during an interview on a podcast with the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) youth advisory council co-chair Brilyn Hollyhand.

“There are rumors of you potentially retiring at the end of 2024. Are those rumors true?” Hollyhand asked before the singer’s concert in Montgomery, Alabama.

“It’s not just a rumor,” Greenwood replied. “It will be my last year to tour.”

Greenwood hasn’t made a decision yet where he’ll hold his final performance in 2024.

This one is final, unlike the retirement tours that some musicians put on before backtracking and going back out on the road again.

The “God Bless the USA” singer said his 2024 tour won’t be “one of those farewell and then come back next year” tours.

Greenwood pointed to his age and his desire to spend more time with his family as the reason he’s hanging it up.

“I just turned 81,” Greenwood said. “This is a factor. I’ve had some surgeries. I have titanium knees, I have a titanium cage in my back with 10 screws . . . I just I don’t think I can do this much longer with the two boys in college.”

He said that he wanted to spend more time with his wife of 31 years, former Miss Tennessee USA Kimberly Payne, because “she has yet to have my total time.”

“It’s only fair, I think, that I back away at this point and have no distractions but her and I and give these last few years that I will live to her and my two sons,” Greenwood explained. “So that’s a big decision, and I know it is.”

Greenwood thanks his fans who supported him throughout his storied career.

“Here I am at the end of my career, and they still come, and they still hear me sing the same 40 songs that I’ve sang for 40 years,” Greenwood said with a laugh.

Greenwood is an outspoken conservative and former President Donald Trump frequently uses his best-known song “God Bless the USA” at his rallies.

He wrote the hit in the back of his tour bus in 1983 to unite Americans and instill pride in the country.

He’s a throwback to an era when celebrities were more willing to wear their patriotism on their sleeves.

Billboard magazine named Greenwood as one of the top 100 artists of all time.

Fans will have one last chance to see the legendary country music singer before he calls it a career.

Houston Texans Quarterback C.J. Stroud shared the secret behind his contention for this year’s League MVP award

And Houston Texans Quarterback C.J. Stroud shared the secret behind his contention for this year’s League MVP award.

Americans love professional sports.

From baseball to basketball to football to hockey to dozens of other sports, Americans gather around the television and fill stadiums and arenas each week across the country to watch their favorite teams compete.

The National Football League (NFL) is one of the most popular professional sports in America.

The NFL is composed of 32 teams across two conferences – the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC) – that each have four divisions.

According to the website Statista, “the NFL was also the professional sports league with the highest average per game attendance, drawing almost 70 thousand average spectators per game and more than 18.8 million in total throughout the 2022 season.”

Unfortunately, the NFL has not been immune from the Left’s woke ideology.

Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick started the trend of kneeling for the National Anthem during the Black Lives Matter chaos in 2020.

However, the NFL still has a lot of superstars that cherish and hold traditional American values and oppose the woke ideology.

One of those players is Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud.

On Sunday, Stroud led the Texans to an amazing 30-27 comeback victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

During a post-game interview with Fox News Channel, Stroud opened up about his personal faith and how he leaned on God for strength.

“For me, it’s a lot of prayer,” Stroud explained. “A lot of knowing that God wouldn’t put anything on me that I can’t handle.”

“I don’t deserve His grace and His mercy, but He still gives it to me and I love Him for that,” Stroud said. “It’s not about me, it’s about Him and His glory, so I think that’s where it comes from.”

“I think God made me like that,” he added.

Stroud admitted that football games can be chaotic and “crazy,” but he believes God helps him remain calm during those times.

“I’ve been through a lot,” he said. “Not only in football but things that make me kind of chill when everything is going crazy, and I thank God for putting that (in) me because that’s something that you need playing in this position — is lead.”

After his game-winning drive against the Bengals, Stroud’s name entered into the MVP conversation among fans and analysts.

Stroud may be a rookie in the National Football League (NFL).

But his faith in God helps him perform like a veteran under the pressure of the bright lights and screaming fans.

And Barbra Streisand just gave millions of Americans a reason to vote for Donald Trump in 2024.

Barbra Streisand is an actor and singer with a career that spans over six decades and includes being one of the few performers ever awarded an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony (EGOT).

Aside from her music and acting career, Streisand is also widely known for her radical left-wing views and support for Democrat politicians over the years.

Streisand was one of the celebrities who appeared on Richard Nixon’s infamous 1971 list of political enemies.

She’s been one of the biggest celebrity supporters of the Left’s woke agenda, especially on the LGBT issues.

Of course, Streisand had a total mental breakdown after Donald Trump’s election in 2016.

“This is a dangerous time in this nation, this republic: a man who is corrupt and indecent and is assaulting our institutions,” she said after he won the Presidency. “It’s really, really frightening.”

Streisand has a new memoir coming out titled My Name is Barbra.

Streisand recently appeared for an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show to discuss the book.

Naturally, the conversation turned political with Streisand and left-wing host Stephen Colbert.

“What do you make of the political climate in the United States?” Colbert asked Streisand.

“Bad!” she fired back, before making sure to state that “I like Biden.”

“Well, I like Biden,” Streisand said. “I think he has done a good job, I think he is compassionate, smart, and supports the right things.”

That’s when Colbert turned the conversation to a potential Donald Trump second term starting in January of 2025.

“How do you feel about the specter of a second Trump administration,” Colbert asked.

Without hesitation, Streisand said “I will move.”

“I will move,” Streisand declared. “I can’t live in this country if he became President.”

Colbert followed up by asking her where she would go if she left America.

“Probably to England,” she told him.

Before the 2016 election, numerous celebrities pledged to leave America if Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.

Most, if not all, of those celebrities are still living in the United States.

But hopefully Streisand will make good on her promise and leave the United States if Donald Trump wins a second term next November.

An NBA legend blindsided Donald Trump with this shocking 2024 endorsement

The 2024 election is already the most unpredictable in most Americans’ lifetimes.

Donald Trump is facing an unprecedented effort to stop him from winning.

Now an NBA legend blindsided Donald Trump with this shocking 2024 endorsement.

One of the big wildcards in the 2024 race is the presence of Robert F. Kennedy on the ballot as an independent.

Polls show Kennedy could hurt Trump by attracting the type of anti-establishment voter that Trump turned out in 2016 but that has no loyalty to the Republican Party.

Kennedy’s campaign received a boost when NBA all-time assist leader, Hall of Famer and member of the 1992 Olympic Dream Team John Stockton endorsed Kennedy’s candidacy.

In his endorsement, Stockton said Kennedy “has been put on this planet for just this moment in time” adding that there is “a real need for him and his leadership.”

Stockton also took a dig at Joe Biden’s age in endorsing Kennedy.

“There’s a need for very smart people in these positions that have integrity that [is] off the charts, that have the stamina and strength to be able to speak and be a leader 24/7, not just on occasion or on blips,” Stockton continued.

Stockton also argued that Kennedy would be less polarizing than Donald Trump.

“And, maybe more than anything, a person that can un-divide this country,” Stockton added. “I don’t think we’ve ever been this divided.”

“You look around, and you see all the different things that are pulling us apart,” Stockton concluded. “Finally, we have, I think, the right man there available again. What an opportunity to bring us back together.”

Stockton endorsing Kennedy is in character as Stockton was one of the most outspoken athletes against COVID vaccine mandates and other restrictions.

This past April, Stockton published a letter thanking his alma mater of Gonzaga for lifting its COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

“At first blush, I am delighted by Gonzaga’s President Thayne McCulloh’s announcement that they will no longer require Covid injections and boosters as a prerequisite for the opportunity to attend and work at this great university,” Stockton stated.

Stockton hadn’t attended a game at Gonzaga in three years due to the school requiring proof of vaccination to attend sporting events.

But Stockton also blasted the school for allowing professors to continue to require students to wear masks in classrooms.

After facing massive public backlash over his actions, Gavin Newsom held a press conference where he explained his reasoning for putting up walls by surprisingly admitting that he did it to impress Chinese dictator Xi Jinping.

“It’s true,” Newsom said, before admitting that the only reason he cleaned up the city was for all “those fancy leaders who are coming to town.”

“I know folks say, ‘Oh, they’re just cleaning up this place because all these fancy leaders are coming into town,’” Newsom began.

Newsom tried to backtrack a little on his outrageous statement about “fancy leaders” by claiming he’s been planning to do something for several months.

“But it’s also true, for months and months and months prior to APEC, we’ve been having different conversations,” Newsom claimed.

Of course, Newsom just got back from a trip to China in October where he met with his dictator friend Xi Jinping and vowed to be his “long-term, stable, and strong partner.”

And a Congressional hearing erupted into chaos after a top Republican Senator and a Union Boss nearly came to blows.

Tensions reached a boiling point on Tuesday during a Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee hearing on Capitol Hill.

The heated confrontation took place when Republican Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) confronted witness Sean O’Brien of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters over previous comments he made about him.

O’Brien previously referred to Mullin as a “clown” and a “fraud” who “pretends to be self-made.”

“I wish he was in the truck with me when I was building my plumbing company, myself and when my wife was running the office,” Mullin said, before adding “because I sure remember working pretty hard and long hours.”

Mullin is now a multimillionaire after dropping out of college early to take over his father’s plumbing business when he fell ill and could no longer run it on a daily basis.

The Senator then read from one of O’Brien’s comments about him where he said to “quit the tough guy act in these Senate hearings,” before adding that “you know where to find me, any place, any time, cowboy.”

Mullin, who is a former professional MMA cage fighter with a 5-0 record, determined that the Congressional hearing room was the right time and the right place.

“Sir, this is a time, this is a place,” Mullin told O’Brien. “You want to run your mouth, we can be two consenting adults and we can finish it here.”

“OK, that’s fine, perfect,” O’Brien responded.

“You want to do it now?” Mullin shot back.

“I would love to do it right now,” O’Brien said.

“Well, stand your butt up then,” Mullin said, prompting O’Brien to fire back with “you stand your butt up, big guy.”

Mullin happily accepted the challenge, stood up, and began taking off his wedding ring in preparation for a fight.

But that’s when Chairman Bernie Sanders intervened and stopped Mullin from getting a submission or knockout on the Union Boss in front of everyone.

“Stop it, hold it, no, no, sit down,” Bernie Sanders said. “You’re a United States Senator,” he added. “Sit down.”

Mullin and O’Brien continued exchanging words for a few more minutes, leading Sanders to get even louder on the microphone.

“Excuse me, hold it,” Sanders said. “Senator Mullin, I have the mic.”

“We’re not here to talk about physical abuse,” Sanders added.

Mullin then pointed a finger at O’Brien and called him a “thug.”

“Hold it,” Sanders said while banging his gavel. “This is a hearing to discuss economic issues, we’re not here to talk about fights or anything else.”

Mullin is a former professional fighter who appears to keep himself in top physical shape.

The trip marks Jinping’s first visit to the U.S. in six years and first meeting with Biden since 2022.

The high-stakes meeting is a “problem for America” because of Biden’s “diminished capacity” according to Fox News host Laura Ingraham.

Former Trump administration Trade Representative Bob Lighthizer appeared on The Ingraham Angle to sound the alarm about the Biden-Jinping meeting.

Ingraham asked him how much trouble the country was in over the meeting “given Biden’s diminished capacity.”

Lighthizer pointed out the biggest problem was Biden’s “appeasement policy towards China.”

“I’m far more worried about the substance than I am about whether or not he can do the job,” Lighthizer said. “China is more aggressive than they have been in decades and they’re a real threat to this country.”

The Chinese have ramped up their aggression toward its neighbors and the U.S. after weak leadership returned to the White House under Biden.

“And unfortunately, this administration and this president do not understand that — their policy is not in the national interest from a national security point of view, certainly not from an economics point of view,” Lighthizer continued.

Lighthizer explained that the biggest problems facing the world today including the Ukraine war and rising Middle East tensions are being funded by China.

He added that the fentanyl crisis that’s skyrocketed under Biden’s open border policy is being fueled by chemicals manufactured in China.

Ingraham said that she agreed with him but pointed to Biden’s diminished mental capacity being a huge liability in dealing with the Chinese.

“But Bob hold on — I agree with you on everything you just said,” Ingraham said. “But you know – I know you’re not a doctor, you haven’t examined Biden, but you’ve been at these meetings. You have got to be sharp with these people because they are sharp.”

Biden is a serious liability for the country because of his eagerness to appease China and his inability to remember names and basic facts.

“Biden can’t master the details of the names of his own cabinet, Bob,” Ingraham explained. “So we have a double problem, the substantive issue, and the fact that we have a president who does not have – as Politico said – the capacity to do the things that a normal President would be doing. That is a problem for America right now, in addition to all the other problems.”

U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk blocked Joe Biden’s attempt to turn millions of Americans into felons overnight if they don’t register their pistol braces – a commonly owned firearms accessory – with the government and pay a tax.

Judge Kacsmaryk rejected the idea that the rule wasn’t violating the Administrative Practices Act.

“The Court is certainly sympathetic to ATF’s concerns over public safety in the wake of tragic mass shootings. The rule embodies salutary policy goals meant to protect vulnerable people in our society,’” Kacsmaryk wrote.

“Public safety concerns must be addressed in ways that are lawful. This rule is not,” Kacsmaryk added.

Judge Kacsmaryk wrote that the Biden administration didn’t take into account the harm they would inflict on pistol brace manufacturers as they would have to close their doors as the rule would impose costs of up to $1 billion.

“Additionally, ATF admits the 10-year cost of the Rule is over one billion dollars, and because of the Rule, certain manufacturers that obtain most of their sales from the stabilizing braces risk having to close their doors for good,” Kacsmaryk continued.

Judge Kacsmaryk also pointed out that a pistol brace didn’t turn an everyday pistol into a short barreled rifle – which Americans can only own after obtaining a federal license – and that the administration didn’t even bother to address this fact.

“The ATF provided no explanations for how the agency came to these classifications, and there is no ‘meaningful clarity’ about what constitutes an impermissible stabilizing brace,” Judge Kacsmaryk’s opinion read.

Democrats like Joe Biden pay lip service to claims that they support the Second Amendment.

That is not the case at all.

Their actions tell the real story and every time a gun-grabber like Joe Biden gets their hands on the levers of power there is an unrelenting assault on the right to keep and bear arms.

Burchett was one of the conservatives who voted in favor of a motion to vacate the chair, which removed McCarthy as Speaker of the House and McCarthy sought some kind of physical retribution.

This led to Burchett chasing down McCarthy and confronting him over the elbow.

McCarthy lost the trust of conservatives after repeatedly caving in to Joe Biden during spending negotiations.

Burchett confirmed that account of events to CNN’s Manu Raju, saying he couldn’t believe McCarthy whacked him in the kidney with an elbow and compared the former Speaker of the House to a schoolyard coward.

“I turned back and there was Kevin,” Burchett stated. “For a minute, I was kinda ‘What the heck just happened?’ I chased after him.”

“As I have stated many times, he’s a bully with $17 million and a security detail. He is the type of guy that when you are a kid, he would throw the rock over the fence and run home hide behind his mama’s skirt . . . That is not the way we handle things in East Tennessee. If we have a problem with somebody, I’m gonna look ’em in the eye and talk to them,” Burchett added.

Burchett told Raju he called out McCarthy to his face, but said it wasn’t worth losing sleep over as everyone expects McCarthy to soon resign from Congress now that he is out of leadership.

“I raised my voice to him. I thought it was appropriate, and you just don’t expect a guy who was at one time three steps away from the White House to hit you with a sucker punch in the hallway,” Burchett stated.

“He is not worth it. He is going to be gone here after Christmas or next year,” Burchett concluded. “It’s over as far as I’m concerned.”

The cost of living is through the roof as the country grapples with lingering inflation and rising interest rates.

Americans are having a harder time than ever making ends meet under President Joe Biden.

And consumers are falling behind on paying debt at an alarming rate according to a report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Delinquency on debts that were being repaid, but were halted by consumers, surged during the third quarter of 2023 for every type of debt except for student loans.

Deteriorating economic conditions have left Americans unable to pay debts that they used to be able to according to experts.

Center for American Prosperity chief economist Michael Faulkender told the Daily Caller News Foundation that Americans have blown through their savings struggling to keep up with payments.

“Consumers pay for things three ways: income, savings, and credit,” Faulkender said. “We know that wages have not kept up with inflation over the last 2.5 years and that many households have spent all of the savings accumulated during the pandemic. Therefore, in order to maintain their spending levels, they have been adding to their credit card balances, such that aggregate balances have now eclipsed $1 trillion. Rising credit card debt in a rising interest rate environment with incomes not keeping pace will put more and more households into financial difficulty, resulting in delinquencies.”

Delinquencies for credit card and auto loans saw the biggest jump in the third quarter.

Credit card debt increased by 4.7% crossing the $1 trillion mark for the time in American history in the third quarter.

Struggling Americans are more frequently turning to credit cards to make ends meet.

Real wages for the average worker are down 2.1% since Biden took office in 2021.

That’s forcing workers to burn through their savings to pay their bills.

As a result, the total savings held by Americans has plummeted from nearly $6 trillion in April 2020 to $687.7 billion in September of this year.

“The rise in delinquencies is indicative of increasing strain on consumers,” American Institute for Economic Research economist Peter Earle told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Over the past three-and-a-half years, we’ve had widespread unemployment, an uneven recovery, and then both the highest inflation and the most aggressive rate-hiking campaign in four decades. Inflation is still substantially elevated. Unemployment is rising faster now, the economy is slowing under the strain of higher borrowing costs, and bills are going unpaid.”

Biden has tried to boast about his economic record, dubbing it Bidenomics.

The Biden economy is a disaster for the vast majority of the country.

Left-wing Politico columnist Jonathan Martin recently published an op-ed where he sounded the alarm to Democrats about Joe Biden’s trainwreck of a re-election campaign.

Martin ripped Biden for allegedly referring to Barack Obama’s former top advisor, David Axelrod, as a “prick.”

“Calling David Axelrod ‘a prick’ as a person who has heard Biden use the word says he does in private, is not a strategy to win 270 electoral votes,” Martin wrote. “And repeating a PG version of the same animus in public while litigating polling with the White House press corps also won’t make Biden’s re-election any likelier.”

In response to the devastating New York Times/Siena poll of the six top battleground states, Axelrod publicly hinted that he believed Joe Biden should bow out of the race and pass the torch to another candidate in 2024.

“Only @JoeBiden can make this decision,” Axelrod wrote on X. “If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party,” he continued. “What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?”

Apparently, Axelrod’s comments angered Joe Biden, who allegedly referred to him as “a prick.”

Martin said he spoke with “dozens of Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans” about what changes Joe Biden could make to improve his chances in 2024.

According to Martin, “the level of despair was striking” among all of them.

The one thing each person told Martin was that “change must start with Biden himself.”

“Enough with the bravado and denialism,” Martin wrote. “Even some of his most committed loyalists told me he needs to make changes.”

In short, Martin believes, absent a miracle from God, Democrats are stuck with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris next November.

And Democrats will not win if Joe Biden does not change.

“As one shrewd Democrat argued, the party enters 2024 with advantages on message, money, organization and brand,” Martin wrote. “Their problem is the messenger.”

“He can and should try to fix that,” Martin concluded.

Trump is facing 91 felony counts in four criminal cases in Washington, D.C., New York, Florida, and Georgia.

“Trump was charged with violating Georgia’s anti-racketeering law by scheming to illegally overturn his 2020 election loss,” PBS reported. “He’s also accused of election interference in a federal indictment.”

“In June, Trump was charged with hoarding classified documents and refusing government demands to give them back,” PBS continued, before adding that “in March, Trump was indicted in New York on state charges stemming from hush money payments made during the 2016 Presidential campaign.”

Trump is also facing a bogus civil fraud lawsuit brought forward by Democrat New York State Attorney General Letitia James.

James is a partisan politician who campaigned on a platform of weaponizing her office to take down former President Trump.

She is charging Trump for allegedly inflating the value of his assets, even though there is no victim since he repaid every loan with interest.

Of course, the really bad news for Donald Trump is that there is no jury in the case, and the Democrat Judge ruled him a fraud before the trial even started.

A new federal law was quietly inserted in the sprawling 2021 bipartisan infrastructure bill that mandated that all new vehicles have a “kill switch” installed in them starting in 2026.

The technology was sold as a safety measure to stop drunk drivers by “passively monitoring the performance of a driver of a motor vehicle to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired.”

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) warned that the “kill switch” would become “a backseat driver” for the public during an interview with Laura Ingraham on Fox News.

The Kentucky lawmaker tried to have the mandate repealed but 19 RINOs joined with Democrats to vote down his amendment.

“People said I’m a conspiracy theorist for saying this is in the legislation, but I actually had to read the Democrats, the bill that they passed two years ago,” Massie said. “They passed this in 2021 as part of a 1,039-page bill to require that your car can monitor your driving performance. And if it thinks you are not driving well, it could disable your vehicle.”

Drivers could be stranded on the side of the road thanks to the arbitrary whims of the government-mandated kill switch.

“Imagine you are a mom with kids in the car and you swerve for a deer and you pulled over for emergency vehicle to go by and you have only got one swerve left,” Massie continued. “Before it shuts you down and takes you to the side of the road. My question is, how do you appeal your conviction when you are sitting at the side of the road with a car that won’t run, who knows where, stranded?”

Massie shut down the mischaracterization of the kill switch as a safety device to stop drunk drivers from Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI).

“This isn’t a breathalyzer, 31 states already have ignition interlock devices where if you have been convicted of a DUI, you have to blow through that in order to start your car,” Massie said. “That’s not what this is. This bill also has the ability, it says, car manufacturers need to somehow passively monitor the air in the car to see if you have been drinking. The problem with that is what if you are the designated driver and you are trying to get somebody home who has had too much to drink? There are so many ways this could go wrong. It’s basically a backseat driver and nanny.”

Massie pointed out that even Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) voted for his amendment to repeal the mandate.

The first case up for Trump is Biden prosecutor Jack Smith’s indictment against Trump for contesting the 2020 election.

Smith stretched the meaning of fraud and obstruction statutes to turn the impeachment and January Committee proceedings into a criminal case.

The indictment against Trump criminalizes Trump’s First Amendment right to free speech and to petition the government.

Smith also is attempting to blame Trump for the riot on January 6 without actually charging him for incitement since not even a rogue prosecutor like Smith was willing to bring that preposterous charge.

Donald Trump’s plan is to put Biden, Biden’s henchmen Smith, and the biased Obama judge Tanya Chutkan overseeing the case, and the weaponized justice system on trial.

The Judicial Conference currently bans cameras in the courtroom for federal trials.

But Trump’s lawyers John Lauro and Todd Blanche argued in a five-page motion that Judge Chutkan should allow cameras in the courtroom so to put on display the fact that the Democrat Department of Justice enlisted a Democrat prosecutor to hold a trial of the Republican frontrunner in front of a partisan Democrat judge and an all-Democrat jury.

“The prosecution wishes to continue this travesty in darkness. President Trump calls for sunlight,” Lauro and Blanche wrote. “Every person in America, and beyond, should have the opportunity to study this case firsthand and watch as, if there is a trial, President Trump exonerates himself of these baseless and politically motivated charges.”

Lauro and Blanche slammed Chutkan as a biased hack for working in concert with Smith to rig the trial against Trump.

First, Chutkan agreed to put the case on a rocket docket and begin the trial on March 4 to ensure that Smith can win a conviction before the election.

Joe Biden wants to campaign against Trump solely on the basis that Trump is a felon, so Chutkan is doing her best to make sure that happens.

Chutkan also imposed an unconstitutional gag order on Trump, which now allows the Biden Department of Justice and a Democrat judge to restrict how the likely GOP nominee can campaign for President and what he can say.

“At every turn, the Court has, at the prosecution’s urging, denied President Trump his inalienable rights, including, without limitation, the rights to: a fair trial in a politically diverse venue, due process, a judge without the appearance of bias or prejudgment, prepare for trial, and the right to speak freely and publicly about this case in the face of the prosecution’s egregious lies. The prosecution, betraying its solemn obligation to ensure that “justice shall be done,” has sought these inexcusable constitutional violations as part of a coordinated effort to undermine President Trump’s candidacy as he faces, and leads, President Biden in the 2024 Presidential Election,” Trump’s lawyers added.

The motion slammed Chutkan for setting up a show trial and that the American people needed to see the rank corruption and abuse of power the Democrat administration carried out in their name.

“Despite systemic prosecutorial misconduct, this Court has not acted to either ensure or protect President Trump’s constitutional rights. There is a high risk that proceeding behind closed doors under these circumstances would serve to further undermine confidence in the United States justice system, while continuing to prejudice President Trump’s rights. For good reason, political trials ‘have virtually no defenders; they are reviled as a corruption of the judicial process and a betrayal of liberal principles,’” the motion continued.

“‘[A]lthough the ability to target political opponents using low process may help the government maintain its power, this advantage may not compensate for the loss of public confidence.’). Indeed, ‘“show trials”’ tell more about the power of the state than about its concern for the decent administration of justice—with every citizen receiving the same kind of justice,’” the motion concluded.

The more attention focused on Donald Trump’s legal trials the more Trump’s poll numbers go up both in the Primary and the general election.

Democrats want to keep Trump’s federal trials secret so the only source of information about what happens in the courtroom comes from Joe Biden’s allies in the media, who will clearly lie and distort what happens.

Cameras in the courtroom would show the public that Joe Biden engineered a kangaroo court out of Soviet Russia to try and take down his likely GOP opponent.

Trey Gowdy was caught completely off guard.

Fox News host Trey Gowdy’s friendship with GOP Presidential hopeful Tim Scott is well-documented.

But Scott stunned Gowdy by announcing live on the air that he was suspending his Presidential campaign due to low poll numbers both nationally and in Iowa.

Gowdy began the interview by asking Scott about how he was feeling after Scott canceled his weekend campaign events in Iowa over a case of the flu.

“How are you feeling and when are you gonna get back on the campaign trail?” Gowdy wondered.

“I’ve been drinking a lot of water,” Scott responded. “I’ll be down for another couple days. But I’m looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail.”

However, Scott said he wouldn’t be back in Iowa as a Presidential candidate, as Scott said it was clear voters didn’t take to his message of Bush-era Republicanism and rock-solid support for the war in Ukraine.

“But when I go back to Iowa, it will not be as a Presidential candidate,” Scott said. “I am suspending my campaign. I think the voters, who are the most remarkable people on the planet have been really clear that they’re telling me, ‘Not now, Tim.’ I don’t think they’re saying, Trey, ‘No,’ but I do think they’re saying, ‘Not now.’ So, I’m gonna respect the voters and I’m gonna hold on and keep working really hard, and look forward to the other opportunity.”

Scott was also likely to miss the cut for the fourth GOP debate, and he didn’t have anywhere near the poll numbers to reach the eight percent threshold in a national poll.

Rather than suffer the humiliation of being dropped from the debate stage, Scott bowed out on his own terms.

Gowdy was taken aback, as he clearly had no idea Scott planned this move, and brought up the fact that Scott still had tens of millions of dollars sitting in a Super PAC to keep his campaign afloat.

“You are– you are suspending your Presidential campaign?” Gowdy asked. “You have plenty of money. You have the highest approval of any candidate that is running and you’re– you’re a couple of states from coming to a state where you are beloved, and you are suspending your Presidential campaign?”

“I’m trying to process this information and I’m trying to do it on live television, so forgive me,” Gowdy added.

The simple fact is no other Republican has gained traction as Donald Trump has dominated the race.

Trump leads the field by nearly 50 points nationally and 30 points in Iowa and New Hampshire.

There is no sign the trajectory of the race is changing, so candidates are beginning to drop out before their lack of support is made official for all to see when they can’t make the debate stage or when they officially start counting votes.

Inflation hit four-decade highs under President Joe Biden after he went on a reckless multi-trillion dollar spending spree paid for with debt.

The Federal Reserve has been aggressively hiking interest rates to quell inflation but it’s proven to be stickier than the economic experts predicted.

O’Leary said that inflation is creating a “downsized” country.

“We’re looking at a downsized America. I tell it like it is,” O’Leary said. “Three years ago, even 24 months ago, you get a mortgage at 4.5%. You’re lucky to get one at eight today. So that means the size of the house you’re going to buy is 20 to 25% smaller. That’s a downsize.”

Skyrocketing interest rates on mortgages are crushing the purchasing power of homebuyers.

“You want to borrow for a car? Sorry, that’s 8 to 9%. Used to be five,” O’Leary continued. “So, smaller, less expensive car. That’s happening at the same time.”

The price of new and used cars has exploded under Biden from rising interest rates and inventory shortages.

Interest rates are at their highest level in 22 years and could be on the rise again shortly.

The Federal Reserve kept interest rates steady but left the possibility open for an additional rate hike before the end of the year because inflation “remains elevated.”

O’Leary, known as Mr. Wonderful on TV, said that the Fed’s decisions on interest rates are affecting Americans’ decisions and lifestyles.

“If you’re going to spend a lot of money driving, you’re going to pay a fortune in gasoline because that’s moving back up. Looks like we’re on our way back up to oil between $90 and $100. These are all political issues,” O’Leary said. “In this unprecedented year . . . it’s going to hurt somewhere. And it means your lifestyle, if you’re in your early twenties, is going to be about 20% less. Sorry to tell you the truth, but that’s what I do all day long and that’s the way it is.”

The Shark Tank star predicted that inflation wasn’t returning to normal levels any time soon.

“People are looking at the cost of energy, protein, car loans, mortgages,” O’Leary explained. “And these are complicated situations because of the rate hikes that happened so quickly. But there’s no question inflation is not going down.”

Inflation could be the issue that sinks Biden in 2024.

“It will be a very hot political potato and it’s going to become an issue because it hits you every day at the pump,” O’Leary said. “It hits you every day at the grocery store and that is what really hurts mandates. Inflation has been hurting Presidential runs on both sides of the aisle for decades. It’s nasty.”

Donald Trump did not appear on stage at last week’s GOP debate.

But Trump was there in spirit.

And Republican candidates were humiliated when the debate audience started chanting this one name.

NBC hosts Lester Holt and Kristen Welker moderated the third Republican Presidential Primary debate last Wednesday in Miami.

Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, Tim Scott, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley participated in the debate while Donald Trump opted to hold his own counter rally down the street.

Even though Trump was not at the debate, he was a hot topic of discussion among GOP candidates on stage.

In fact, the first question of the night went to Ron DeSantis and was about Donald Trump’s absence at the debate.

“He owes it to you to be on this stage and explain why he should get another chance,” DeSantis said.

The Florida Governor then ripped Trump and told the audience that “he should explain why he didn’t have Mexico pay for the border wall” and “he should explain why he racked up so much debt” and “he should explain why he didn’t drain the Swamp.”

Nikki Haley echoed DeSantis’ sentiment and also blasted Trump for running up trillions of dollars in debt.

“Everybody wants to talk about President Trump,” Haley said. “Well, I can talk about President Trump.”

“I can tell you that I think he was the right President at the right time,” she continued, before adding that “I don’t think he’s the right President now.”

“I think the fact that he used to be right on Ukraine and foreign issues, now he’s getting weak in the knees and trying to be friendly again,” she said. “I think that we’ve got to go back to the fact that we can’t live in the past, we can’t live in other headlines.”

But the debate audience apparently did not feel the same way about Donald Trump as Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis.

During one commercial break, the crowd erupted into chants of “Trump, Trump, Trump.”

“The crowd at the third Republican primary debate loudly chanted support for former President Donald Trump during a commercial break,” Breitbart reported. “The overt support for Trump, the leading candidate in the GOP primary by a wide margin, indicated that none of the five candidates present at the debate had the same amount of support.”


The latest polls show Donald Trump still holding a massive lead over the rest of the field, which is the top reason he cited for skipping the first three debates.

And based on the reaction of the crowd, the polls are an accurate reflection of GOP voters.

NBC hosts Lester Holt and Kristen Welker moderated the third GOP Presidential debate last Wednesday in Miami.

Vivek Ramaswamy, Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, Tim Scott, and Chris Christie all qualified and appeared on stage to make their case to GOP voters.

While most candidates use their opening statement to introduce themselves and make their case for why they should be the nominee, Vivek Ramaswamy took a different approach and opened up by taking the gloves off on the GOP establishment and the media.

Ramaswamy ripped the Republican National Committee (RNC) for allowing left-wing NBC to host the debate after the network pushed the Russian-collusion misinformation about Hunter Biden’s infamous “laptop from hell.”

“I am upset about what happened last night,” Ramaswamy said about Tuesday’s poor election results for Republicans. “We become a Party of losers,” he continued. “At the end of the day, there is a cancer in the Republican establishment.”

Ramaswamy then directly called out RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel by name for her failure to lead the Party to victory in elections.

“Since Ronna McDaniel took over as chairwoman of the RNC in 2017, we have lost in 2018, 2020, 2022,” Ramaswamy correctly pointed out. “No Red wave ever came,” he said about last year’s Midterms. “We got trounced last night in 2023, and I think that we have to have accountability in our Party.”

But that’s when Ramaswamy directly called on McDaniel to step down from her position and resign.

“For that matter, Ronna, if you want to come on stage tonight, you want to look the GOP voters in the eye and tell them you resign,” he said. “I will turn over my, yield my time to you and frankly look at the people that are cheering for losing in the Republican Party.”

Instead of allowing left-wing networks to host the debate, Ramaswamy said it should be hosted by folks like Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, and Elon Musk.

“Think about who’s moderating this debate,” Ramaswamy said. “This should be Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, and Elon Musk, we’d have 10 times the viewership, asking questions the GOP voters actually care about, and bring more people into our Party.”

Ramaswamy also went after NBC host Kristen Welker for her role in spreading the Russian-collusion hoax.

“As for the Trump/Russia collusion hoax that you pushed on this network for years, was that real or was that Hillary Clinton made up disinformation?” he said to Welker. “And so the question, go!”

“This is how we get our country back,” he said. “They rigged the 2020 election with the Hunter Biden laptop story,” he continued. “They’re gonna make this election with a lack of accountability.”


Ronna McDaniel is an establishment RINO who has led the GOP through some of the worst election years in recent memory.

Ramaswamy calling her out on stage at the debate was music to the ears of conservative Republicans all across the country.

Ron DeSantis attacked Fox News for this reason that no one ever expected

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was one of the candidates on stage at the third GOP Presidential debate.

But the aftermath of the contest was just as eventful as anything that happened on the stage.

And Ron DeSantis attacked Fox News for this reason that no one ever expected.

The Republican National Committee made the head-scratching decision to partner with NBC to televise the GOP debate in Miami.

NBC put left-wing activists Kirsten Welker and Lester Holt on the stage to question the five candidates who showed up.

DeSantis built his star power in the GOP on combating the left-wing narratives foisted upon the public by the press.

The image of an unapologetic warrior against liberal activists in the media is what drew conservatives to DeSantis in the first place.

And conservatives had much to complain about with how the NBC moderators handled the debate.

Welker, Holt, and center-right Salem radio host Hugh Hewitt didn’t ask any questions about immigration, inflation, or the economy until 70 minutes into the two-hour debate.

Instead, they focused the first hour – when the audience is at its peak – on China, Ukraine, and Israel.

NBC centering the early stages of the debate on foreign policy helped Joe Biden as it prevented the candidates from discussing Biden’s failures on the issues that are driving down his poll numbers.

It amounted to a massive in-kind contribution from NBC to the Biden re-election campaign.

But after the debate, DeSantis unexpectedly applauded the NBC moderators and slammed the moderators Fox News used during the previous debate.

“I think we did really well and I think NBC did a good job. I mean, I have watched debates over the years, I participated in a couple already, and I think the people at home probably got a good viewing experience because the questions were substantive, people were able to talk, there wasn’t a lot of screaming back and forth, and so I think the value of this debate was probably more than the one we did in Simi Valley,” DeSantis added.

The issue with GOP debates continues to be the moderators asking questions about issues that members of the press care about instead of trying to help GOP Primary voters best inform themselves on the candidates’ positions on the issues that they care about.

Hillary Clinton is still bitter about her defeat at the hands of Donald Trump in 2016.

Appearing on The View Clinton violated “Goodwin’s law,” which holds that the first person who brings up the Nazis in an argument loses because there is no comparison to the evil Adolf Hitler inflicted upon the world.

But Clinton showed her stunning political tone deafness during her latest appearance on the left-wing talk show The View.

Host Sunny Hostin asked Clinton about losing to Trump in 2016 and what she feared about polls showing Trump leading Joe Biden in a hypothetical rematch.

Clinton then absurdly claimed that after losing to Trump, Clinton claimed she gave Trump a chance to succeed as President.

“You know, I hated losing, and I especially hated losing to him because I had seen so many warning signals during the campaign. But I immediately said, look, we have to give him a chance. We’ve got to support, you know, the President we have. And I meant it. And I tried really hard,” Clinton stated.

This was an awful attempt at gaslighting.

As soon as the election was over Clinton’s team began spreading the Russia collusion hoax to explain her defeat.

The Russia collusion hoax served as the pretext for the ensuing Deep State coup to overturn the results of the free and fair 2016 election.

Clinton then spent the next several years falsely claiming that the Russians stole the election from her and that Trump was an illegitimate President.

The two-time failed Presidential candidate then claimed she lost all her supposed good will for Trump’s Presidency because he argued about the crowd size for his inauguration.

“And then literally from his inauguration on, it was nothing but, you know, accusing people of things, making up facts, denying the size of the crowd at his own inauguration. And everything that I worried about, I saw unfolding,” Clinton continued.

But then Clinton flew off the deep end over a Washington Post story that reported the days of Democrats getting a free pass for their crimes amounted to Nazi Germany.

Clinton warned the hosts and audience that although Trump may win re-election, the German people duly elected Hitler as well.

“And you could see it in countries where, well, Hitler was duly elected! (That’s right. Right.) And so all of a sudden, somebody with those tendencies, so dictatorial authoritarian tendencies would be like, ‘Oh, okay, we’re going to shut this down. We’re going to throw these people in jail,’” Clinton concluded.

Democrats claim to be the party that defends democracy and respects the outcome of elections.

But Clinton’s comments hint that if Trump wins in 2024, Democrats will launch a color revolution to destabilize the country.

Anheuser-Busch InBev, Bud Light’s parent company, is still feeling the pain of a boycott that broke out against the brand in April after partnering with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Executives at the company admitted that the backlash is still hammering the brand after another disastrous quarterly revenue report was released.

Anheuser-Busch InBev reported a 14% decline in revenue for the U.S. because of a continued drop in sales of Bud Light.

In a desperate bid to turn things around the company is embarking on a $1 billion stock buyback and an expensive new sponsorship deal with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Anheuser-Busch InBev CEO Michel Doukeris tried to calm nervous investors by putting on a brave face in public.

“I don’t think that we are at a new normal yet, but we have a good grip on what we need to do and how we are proceeding from here,” Doukeris said.

He added that he was confident that the company could regain boycotting beer drinkers.

Doukeris pointed to a recent poll that claimed that 40% of former Bud Light drinkers said that they were ready to begin drinking the light beer again.

He said that the company is making major investments in the light beer brand to spur growth with consumers.

“We are committed to continue to invest in Bud Light and all the platforms that consumers love,” Doukeris said.

But beer industry consultant Dave “Bump” Williams of Bump Williams Consulting poured cold water on the idea of a Bud Light comeback.

Williams pointed out that nothing has changed with the brand as sales continue to decline.

“Consumers seem to be continuing with their newfound behaviors in the post-fallout months,” Williams said. “I personally think that it will be very difficult to recover all of their lost Bud Light drinkers both before April and even after. A subset of those are gone for good.”

Anheuser-Busch executives act like they’ve learned their lesson in the fallout from the brand’s disastrous partnership with Mulvaney.

The company has stubbornly refused to apologize to its formerly loyal customers for insulting them by going woke.

Bud Light has tried slick marketing campaigns with NFL stars and country music but nothing is luring back beer drinkers.

The customers angered by the Mulvaney partnership almost certainly will never return to the toxic light beer brand.

But Zelensky soon changed his tune and said he would only hold an election if the United States was willing to pay for it.

Under normal conditions, elections cost roughly $135 million to run in Ukraine.

“I’m sorry, I will not hold elections on credit, I will not take money from weapons and give it to elections either,” Zelensky said in August. “But if you give me this financial support, if the parliamentarians realize that we need to do this, then let’s quickly change the legislation and, most importantly, let’s take risks together.”

But now that Congress and the American people are souring on continuing to fund the war in Ukraine for “as long as it takes” like Joe Biden first promised, Zelensky is singing a different tune about holding elections.

During a nightly address on Monday, Zelensky called discussions about the election next year “absolutely irresponsible” given the war with Russia.

“Now everyone should think about defending our country,” Zelensky said. “We need to pull ourselves together, avoid unwinding and splitting up into disputes or other priorities.”

“If there is no victory, there will be no country,” Zelensky told the Ukrainian people. “Our victory is possible. It will come if we all focus on it. Not on politicking or searching for some personal interest. Not on disagreements that will do nothing for the country, defense, and our advancement.”

Zelensky urged the people to “remember what is most important in Ukraine right now.”

“The enemy is insane, and it is powerful,” Zelensky ranted. “And it wants to destroy Ukraine, just as it has always wanted to.”

Zelensky then turned to the issue of elections, which are supposed to take place in 2024, but he told the people that “now is not the time for grand celebrations or other brazen things in the rear.”

Elections, Zelensky said, are “unacceptable in times of war.”

“We all understand that now, in wartime, when there are so many challenges, it is absolutely irresponsible to throw the topic of elections into society in a lighthearted and playful way,” he said.

“I believe that now is not the right time for elections,” he continued, before adding that “and if we need to put an end to a political dispute and continue to work in unity, there are structures in the state that are capable of putting an end to it and giving society all the necessary answers.”

Joe Biden and the Democrats are constantly talking about democracy and how important it is to defend it.

But Biden ally Zelensky is threatening to end democracy in Ukraine by canceling the election.

Donald Trump is facing a weaponized justice system.

Even the judges are partisan Democrats.

But now Donald Trump just revealed the one document his Democrat Judge does not want Americans to know about.

Democrat Judge Arthur Erongon is presiding over New York Attorney General Letitia James’ bogus civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump.

Of course, Judge Engoron is a partisan Democrat hack who ruled Trump was liable for fraud before the trial even started.

Judge Engoron has already fined Donald Trump $10,000 for violating an illegal and unconstitutional gag order he placed on him.

The gag order prevents Trump from publicly criticizing the court staff.

On Monday, Judge Engoron forced Trump to take the witness stand and testify in his trial.

During the trial, Trump pulled out a document and asked to read it on the witness stand.

However, Engoron rejected Trump’s request and refused to allow him to read his secret document.

“I am shocked,” Trump said when Judge Engoron denied his request.

Judge Engoron said he does not care what “Trump has to say.”

“We are not here to hear what he has to say,” Engoron said. “We are here to have him answer questions.”

“This is a very unfair trial,” Trump told the Judge. “Very, very and I hope the public is watching.”

But even though Judge Engoron refused to allow Trump to read his document on the witness stand, the former President shared it with his fans on Truth Social.

“This is the Paper that I wanted to submit that the Judge refused to take, because he doesn’t want anybody to know about the Disclaimer Clause at the beginning of each Financial Statement,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “This is just part of it!,” he continued. “That case is a disgrace to the Legal and Judicial System of New York.”

“Hopefully the Appellate Courts will stop this travesty of Justice that everybody is watching and fully understanding!” Trump concluded in the post.


The document was a clause that proves the Judge ruling Trump a fraud is nothing but pure partisan politics.

In another post on Truth Social, Trump blasted the Judge for accusing him of inflating his assets to get better loans from banks.

“I am worth Billions of Dollars more than what is on my financial Statements – they are very conservative (Therefore, NO FRAUD!) – and the CORRUPT & RACIST NEW YORK STATE A.G., Letitia Peekaboo James, working in close coordination with the TRUMP HATING, RADICAL LEFT JUDGE, and the Biden White House, refuses to drop the NO JURY ALLOWED CASE that was brought using a Statute never used for this before,” Trump wrote. “In fact, no such lawsuit has ever been brought by the Attorney General’s Office!” he continued. “It is a mockery of our Judicial and Legal System.”

Trump is right.

The media tour to rehabilitate John Fetterman’s image continues apace.

It’s one of the most bizarre sights the American people have ever seen.

And John Fetterman revealed something about himself that took everyone by surprise.

In an interview with the Washington Post, Fetterman sought to recast the health struggles he endured after suffering a near fatal stroke last May just days before the Democrat Senate Primary.

Fetterman tried to crack a joke about how the stroke nearly killed him – a fact Fetterman hid from voters before they cast their ballots.

“It’s that line from . . . the original Batman with Jack Nicholson where as Joker he starts laughing and he’s like, ‘I’ve already been dead once,’” Fetterman said in his interview with The Post. “That’s really what it is. It’s been freeing.”

The Post presented Fetterman to readers as a liberated truth teller unafraid to go after his own party.

Fetterman’s demands that New Jersey Senate Democrat Bob Menendez resign after prosecutors indicted him on charges of taking bribes and acting as an unregistered agent of the Egyptian government received special attention.

The Post never mentioned the fact that Fetterman isn’t really taking a righteous stand against corruption.

Fetterman is more worried about the fact that Menendez pledged to run for re-election in the face of the indictment and Democrats are panicked that an indicted Menendez on the ballot puts a safe seat in play.

The Post also noted that Fetterman exposed the fact that Democrats think West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin is a goner.

Manchin’s running for re-election in one of the most pro-Trump states in America and Fetterman cracked a joke about inheriting his parking space after Manchin loses next November.

“At first I was really kind of angry [at him],” Fetterman snarked. “And then I realized, well, he’s not going to be around much longer and I’m going to get his parking space.”

Fetterman’s entire political persona is built on “vibes.”

The Pennsylvania Democrat dresses like a dive bar regular because it hides the fact that he is a child of privilege who lived off an allowance from his parents until he was in his late 40s.

Where do you go from there?” Haines asked. “Because now you talk about Vice President Harris, who is polling, if we would go with the polling, even worse. But you can’t step over her, so what are you doing in this one-year runway?”

Co-host Ana Navarro said that Biden’s declining poll numbers should serve as a wake-up call to Democrats to spring into action.

Biden’s unpopularity should be “a wake-up call to organize, to mobilize, to register people, to talk about the accomplishments of this administration,” Navarro said. “Stop clutching your pearls and get to work.”

Haines said that Biden’s poll numbers are echoing the concerns she’s heard from Democrat insiders.

“With all the disclaimers about polls in general, I do think these numbers were really echoing what we’ve been hearing lately, of people saying they had concerns of certain things,” Haines said.

Biden is falling behind former President Donald Trump in a potential 2024 matchup in the battleground states that will decide the election in several recent polls.

The Democrat Party turned its Presidential Primary into a coronation to ensure that Biden has a cakewalk to the nomination.

They’re stuck with Biden as their nominee unless he makes the shocking decision to step aside.

But one shopper never expected to find this item on the shelf.

And you won’t believe what an anthropologist stumbled across in this Florida thrift store’s Halloween section.

Thrift store and pawn shop owners sometimes run across strange items in their line of work.

In 2000, a house painter in Fresno, California came across images of Yosemite National Park on glass plates of old photo negatives and purchased the entire batch for $45.

The photos turned out to be taken by the famous nature photographer, Ansel Adams, making them worth more than $200 million.

In 2012, a customer in an Ohio thrift store came across an old poster for a Pablo Picasso art exhibit with a $14.14 price tag on it.

After taking the item home, purchaser Zachary Badish realized he had run across an actual signed Picasso print, which he eventually sold for $7,000.

And in 2016, a fisherman brought in a rock into the tourism office in the city of Puerto Princesa that he had been keeping under his bed for good luck.

There, the man learned he was in possession of the largest pearl in the world that carried a price tag of more than $100 million.

These are just a few of the amazing finds over the years from around the world.

Of course, not every thrift store newsworthy item is a story of rags to riches.

Some are outright horrifying.

On Saturday, an anthropologist shopping at a thrift store in Fort Myers, Florida, noticed a strange item in the Halloween section of the shop.

To the anthropologist, the item looked like a genuine human skull.

And upon further inspection, it was discovered to be real and authentic.

“A shopping trip in Florida has taken an eerie turn after a human skull was discovered in the Halloween section of a charity shop,” the BBC reported. “An eagle-eyed anthropologist browsing the store on Saturday spotted the skull and suspected it belonged to a human, officials said,” the BBC continued, before adding that “detectives visited the store and agreed it was likely to be human.”

According to the store owner, the skull was found in a storage unit after being purchased many years ago.

Officials do not believe the case is suspicious, but are still conducting an investigation to further inspect the skull.

Florida law prohibits purchasing or selling “any human organ or tissue.”

In a post on Facebook, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made light of the terrifying discovery.

“In a twist of not-so-humerus events: today, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit detectives were notified of a skull located at a thrift store in North Fort Myers,” Lee County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a post on Facebook. “The shopper, who happened to be an anthropologist, noticed the skull in the Halloween section and recognized it to be human.”

“Detectives responded to the store on North Cleveland Avenue and recovered the skull,” Lee County Sheriff’s Office continued. “Based upon the observations of detectives on scene, the skull is believed to be that of a human. The store owner said the skull was located in a storage unit that was purchased in years prior. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office will work in conjunction with the District 21 Medical Examiner’s Office to facilitate further testing of the skull. This case is not suspicious in nature.”

Special Counsel David Weiss said five words about the criminal charges against Hunter Biden that put jaws on the floor

Special Counsel David Weiss indicted Hunter Biden on three felony charges related to him allegedly lying on a federal firearms background check form in 2018.

Weiss testified on Tuesday before the House Judiciary Committee about the Hunter Biden probe.

And Special Counsel David Weiss said five words about the criminal charges against Hunter Biden that put jaws on the floor.

Joe Biden has completely weaponized the Department of Justice and the FBI against his political enemies.

Donald Trump is currently facing four criminal indictments from three Democrat prosecutors as part of Biden’s re-election plans.

But many believe Biden’s weaponized justice system is also running cover for Hunter Biden.

Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss as the Special Counsel for the Hunter Biden case.

On Tuesday morning, Weiss took part in an “unprecedented” interview before members of the House Judiciary Committee about his yearslong investigation into Hunter Biden.

“Special Counsel Weiss is appearing voluntarily to testify before the House Judiciary Committee about the scope of his authority,” Weiss spokesman Wyn Hornbuckle told Fox News. “Mr. Weiss is prepared to take this unprecedented step of testifying before the conclusion of his investigation to make clear that he’s had and continues to have full authority over his investigation and to bring charges in any jurisdiction.”

“Consistent with department policy and the law, he will be unable to address the specifics of his investigation,” Hornbuckle continued. “At the close of this matter, Special Counsel Weiss will prepare a report, which the Attorney General has committed to making public to the greatest extent possible, consistent with the law, department policy and the public interest.”

Following his testimony on Tuesday, Weiss released a statement where he said he was “the first Special Counsel to testify before the submission of the Special Counsel report.”

“I have done so out of respect for the committee’s oversight responsibilities and to respond to questions raised about the scope of my authority,” Weiss said.

However, he refused to give details of the testimony due to the fact that he is “in the midst of conducting an ongoing investigation and prosecution,” which makes him “limited as to what I can say at this point.”

He did say he agreed to answer several questions, but let the Judiciary Committee know up front that he would not comment on anything “that could jeopardize the ongoing litigation, our investigations, or the rights of defendants or other individuals involved in these matters.”

“I am, and have been, the decision-maker on this case,” Weiss said. “I do not, however, make these decisions in a vacuum,” he continued. “I am bound by federal law, the principles of federal prosecution and DOJ guidelines.”

Weiss denied whistleblower allegations that he previously requested Special Counsel status but was denied by the Department of Justice.

“These processes did not interfere with my decision-making authority,” Weiss said. “At no time was I blocked or otherwise prevented from pursuing charges or taking the steps necessary in the investigation by other United States attorneys, the Tax Division, or anyone else at the Department of Justice.”

But then Weiss tried to claim that politics played no role in his decision making during the investigation.

“Throughout this investigation, the career prosecutors on my team and I have made decisions based on the facts and the law,” Weiss said.

Despite Biden’s obvious weaponized justice system, Weiss then made the outrageous claim that “political considerations played no part in our decision-making.”

Instead, Weiss said he was motivated purely by the “principles of federal prosecution.”

Of course, Weiss has been investigating Hunter Biden since 2018.

Even though he charged Hunter Biden with three federal gun violations, Weiss allowed the statute of limitations to run out on the more serious charges such as tax fraud.

And he only indicted Hunter Biden after a judge rejected the sweetheart plea deal originally offered to the President’s son that would have given him lifetime immunity for any future crimes.

Special Counsel David Weiss claims the fact that Hunter Biden is the President’s son does not matter in his investigation.

But the American people know better.

But Axelrod said the ball was ultimately in Joe Biden’s court, since he is the sitting President, in whose best interest it really was to run for re-election.

“Only @JoeBiden can make this decision,” Axelrod concluded. “If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?”

Cruz pointed out Kasubhai’s academic writing that showered Marxism with praise.

“In one essay . . . Kashubhai argued that the integration of Marxism with traditional economic theories of property, specifically that of Locke and Bentham, would ‘provide a framework for relationships that enhance each unique self,’” Cruz said. “Here’s a pro tip: if a guy is writing love letters to Marxism, maybe he’s not the best candidate to be a federal judge.”

The Texas lawmaker also cited an article that Kasubhai wrote for a law journal that incorporated an argument from a feminist professor who claimed that most heterosexual sex is the equivalent of rape.

“He cited radical Professor Catharine MacKinnon, who argued ‘Sexuality itself is a power web in which heterosexual relations per se, are infused with violence and control and that most intercourse is rape.’ Is that the position of most Democrats on the committee?” Cruz asked. “That’s moonbeam nuts.”

Kasubhai also claimed that “diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the heart and soul of the court system.”

Donald Trump was the first American President to not start any new wars in the past 40 years.

Trump’s America First foreign policy kept the country out of foreign entanglements as recommended by the Founding Fathers.

But that all changed under Joe Biden.

And now Americans are growing more worried by the day about Joe Biden bungling the United States into World War III with Iran in the Middle East.

Joe Biden responded to the October 7 attacks against Israel by deploying several aircraft carriers and battleships to the region as well as thousands of American soldiers.

But the situation continues to escalate and fears of a full-blown war in the Middle East are rising.

On Monday, Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrapped up his second trip to the Middle East since the war started.

Blinken visited the occupied West Bank on Sunday and met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, where he was met by dozens of protesters.

“When word spread of Blinken’s arrival in the West Bank city of Ramallah, dozens of Palestinians turned out to protest, holding signs showing dripping blood and with messages that included, ‘Blinken blood is on your hands,’” PBS reported. “The meeting with Abbas ended without any public comment.”

After his meeting in the West Bank, Blinken made a surprise visit to Baghdad, Iraq to meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.

Several U.S. military bases in Iraq have been hit by rocket and drone attacks since the war started on October 7.

According to Pentagon reports, there were 17 attacks on U.S. bases in Iraq and 12 in Syria between October 17 and November 4.

“I made it very clear that attacks or threats coming from militias that are aligned with Iran are totally unacceptable,” Blinken said. “It was very important to send a very clear message to anyone who might seek to take advantage of the conflict in Gaza to threaten our personnel here or anywhere else in the region: Don’t do it.”

“We will take every necessary step to protect our people,” he told Sudani.

On Monday, Blinken wrapped up his trip to the Middle East with a visit to Turkey.

“U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrapped up a grueling Middle East diplomatic tour on Monday in Turkey after only limited success in efforts to forge a regional consensus on how best to ease civilian suffering in Gaza as Israel intensifies its war against Hamas,” PBS reported. “In the Turkish capital, Ankara, Blinken met with Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan following a frantic weekend of travel that took him from Israel to Jordan, the occupied West Bank, Cyprus and Iraq, to build support for the Biden administration’s proposal for ‘humanitarian pauses’ to Israel’s relentless military campaign in Gaza.”

Before departing from Turkey, Blinken told the press that “all of this is a work in progress.”

“We obviously don’t agree on everything, but there are common views on some of the imperatives of the moment that we’re working on together.”

Biden and Blinken are hoping that a pause in the conflict, in order to bring humanitarian aid into Gaza, will help convince Hamas to release some of the hundreds of hostages being held.

“We’ve engaged the Israelis on steps that they can take to minimize civilian casualties,” Blinken said. “We’re working, as I said, very aggressively on getting more humanitarian assistance into Gaza,” he continued, before adding that, “We are very focused on the hostages held by Hamas, including the Americans, and we are doing everything possible to bring them home.”

Even though he visited Turkey, Blinken did not meet with President Tayyip Erdogan.

Erdogan has been very critical of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s handling of the war in Gaza against Hamas.

Blinken was met in Turkey by large crowds of protestors chanting “murderer Blinken, get out of Turkey!”

Americans experienced peace time under Donald Trump’s Presidency.

But Joe Biden abandoned Trump’s America First foreign policy.

And now the entire nation is on edge about the real possibility of Biden bungling the United States into World War III.

According to the poll, nearly three-fourths of Americans believe the United States is going badly under Joe Biden’s direction.

This is an increase of eight points in just ten months for Biden.

Only 18 percent of respondents believe a potential Biden second term would benefit them financially.

Biden’s age and declining mental faculties combined with his failed Presidency are driving his dismal poll numbers down lower and causing even Democrats to question his decision for a second term.

On Sunday, former Senior Advisor to Barack Obama, David Axelrod, pushed Biden to drop out of the race due to the recent polls showing him trailing Trump in five of the six key states.

But Joe Biden has one prominent Democrat now proudly in his corner.

And that Democrat is none other than former President Barack Obama.

Joe Biden released a video on Sunday celebrating the 15-year anniversary of Barack Obama’s victory over Mitt Romney.

“With Barack and Michelle in office, we went to work full of purpose and excited about the possibility before the nation,” Biden said.

Barack Obama shared the video in a post on X where he tried to give Joe Biden a momentum boost to his struggling campaign.

“For eight years, @POTUS and I worked to deliver change for the American people,” Obama wrote. “I couldn’t have asked for a better Vice President and friend — and we’ll always be thankful to all the campaign staff and Administration alumni who helped bring that progress to folks across the country.”

Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are trying to find a way to excuse the fact that another international fiasco broke out on Joe Biden’s watch.

“If you want to solve the problem, then you have to take in the whole truth,” Obama said of the situation in the Middle East.

Obama then claimed everyone was at fault for the terrorist attack on Israel.

This is just blame shifting.

Iran funds terrorism in the Middle East and no one did more than Barack Obama and Joe Biden to make sure Iran’s coffers were flush with cash to provide the financial backing for terrorist attacks on our allies and military.

When Obama entered into the nuclear deal with Iran, Obama paid the government in Tehran $1.7 billion, including flying pallets of $400 million in cash to Iran.

Joe Biden unfroze $6 billion as part of a ransom agreement to free prisoners.

Iran uses this money to make sure terrorists in the region have all the resources necessary to attack Israel.

Obama then tried the “very fine people on both sides” approach to the situation by claiming the Israelis brought this attack upon themselves.

“If there’s any chance of us being able to act constructively, to do something, it will require an admission of complexity, and maintaining what may on the surface seem [to be] contradictory ideas — that what Hamas did was horrific and there’s no justification for it . . . that the occupation and what’s happening to Palestinians is unbearable,” Obama added.

Identity politics and intersectionality dominate the Democrat Party.

Liberals can only judge who is right and wrong in any given situation based on which group they perceive to be the oppressor and who is the oppressed.

And Hamas rates higher on the identity politics pyramid of victims due to their religion and ethnicity being less identified with Western culture.

Committee chairman Roger William (R-TX) sent a letter to Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm about strict, new proposed energy efficiency standards for commercial refrigeration units.

“The Biden Administration continues to push a radical climate agenda that makes it more challenging to own a small business,” Williams told Fox News Digital.

Refrigerators are in the crosshairs of the radical environmental movement for their carbon emissions and chemicals used for cooling.

“The President’s energy efficiency regulations are forcing Main Street to change their operations to foot the bill for the Green New Deal,” Williams continued. “This Committee will continue its fight against burdensome regulations and strive to make life easier and more affordable for our job creators.”

New energy efficiency standards are being used to make appliances more environmentally friendly and massively drive up their costs.

The Small Business Committee is standing up for small business owners by investigating proposed rules and regulations targeting common appliances.

The Energy Department is asking for public comment if the current efficiency standards for commercial refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerator-freezers are stringent enough.

This is the first step towards bringing sweeping changes aimed at improving their efficiency.

“As a result of this effort, DOE may propose and adopt more stringent standards or issue a determination that no amendments to the current standards are required,” the White House Office of Management of Budget said about potential commercial refrigeration regulations. “Once completed, this rulemaking will fulfill DOE’s statutory obligation to either amend the standards for this equipment or determine that the standards do not need to be amended.”

The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers warned the Energy Department that it was alarmed at the pace the agency was proposing new regulations aimed at its members.

Williams said that it was important that the voices of small business owners be heard before the Energy Department forces new changes on commercial refrigeration.

The Biden regime is moving forward with dozens of new regulations aimed at appliances like pool pumps, battery chargers, ceiling fans, and dehumidifiers.

Federal regulators are coming after more and more appliances according to Ben Lieberman with the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

“It’s just spreading to more and more appliances,” Lieberman said. “It seems that almost everything that plugs in or fires up around the house is either subject to a pending regulation or soon will be. Consumers aren’t going to like any of it.”

One of the $40,000 “loan repayments” was from an energy company in Communist China, linked with the “hold 10% for the big guy” email on Hunter Biden’s laptop, as the energy company sent $400,000 to an LLC controlled by the Biden family interests.

Newly elected Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, told Hannity that unlike Nancy Pelosi – who rushed headfirst into two sham impeachments of Donald Trump – the House GOP would conduct a serious investigation since impeachment is the second most important power that Congress possesses.

“Next to the declaration of war, impeachment is probably the most serious power that Congress has,” Johnson stated. “We do not wield it for political purposes, but we are following the truth where it leads.”

John Fetterman escalated a feud that has no end in sight.

Fetterman’s taken it upon himself to lead the charge to force New Jersey Democrat Senator Bob Menendez to resign following federal prosecutors indicting Menendez on charges of taking bribes and acting as an unregistered agent of the Egyptian government.

Prosecutors allege that Menendez intervened in a criminal investigation and handed over sensitive information about the U.S. embassy in exchange for money.

Fetterman introduced a resolution that would sanction any Senator charged with mishandling classified information or acting as an agent of a foreign government by denying them access to classified briefings, stripping them of their committee assignments, banning them from requesting earmarks as well as using government funds for international travel.

Without naming Menendez, this resolution was squarely targeted at forcing him to resign.

“It’s important to make a statement and to force people to come down on: is it appropriate for a man who’s been accused of acting as a foreign agent [to be] receiving [that] kind of classified briefings,” Fetterman told reporters about his resolution.

“It’s astonishing to me how anyone would be okay with that,” Fetterman continued.

No other Democrats took Fetterman up on his call to expel Menendez so reporters asked if this resolution, making it impossible for Menendez to do his job, was a way to bring other Democrats on board with pushing Menendez out the door.

“Whatever could get him out, and promote him to leave, that’s what I support,” Fetterman replied.

Menendez – predictably – was not amused by Fetterman’s antics.

“This is nothing more than a publicity stunt that disregards core constitutional principles of American democracy — due process, the presumption of innocence, and the rule of law. Instead of focusing on generating clickbait, he should channel his efforts toward legislating and delivering results for the people of Pennsylvania,” Menendez shot back.

Fetterman responded by making sure everyone knew this was all about politics by mentioning Menendez’s poll numbers, as Democrats are terrified Menendez running for re-election with this indictment hanging over his head will cost the party a safe Senate seat in deep blue New Jersey.

“Spicy. The latest polling in New Jersey has your approval at 8%. You’re officially less popular than cold sores,” Fetterman wrote on social media.

Over 100 species of birds are going to be renamed because their names have been determined to be “offensive” and “exclusionary” because of their connection to “racists” by the woke mob.

The American Ornithological Society, which is responsible for naming species of birds, announced that major changes were coming to the names of dozens of birds because the origin of their names is offensive to some left-wingers.

“There is power in a name, and some English bird names have associations with the past that continue to be exclusionary and harmful today,” American Ornithological Society president Colleen Handel said.

Bird names that are marked by “racism” and “misogyny” need to be changed for the good of society according to woke critics.

“We need a much more inclusive and engaging scientific process that focuses attention on the unique features and beauty of the birds themselves,” Handel continued. “Everyone who loves and cares about birds should be able to enjoy and study them freely—and birds need our help now more than ever.”

Bird names that are going to be changed include Gambel’s Quail, Lewis’ Woodpecker, Anna’s Hummingbird, Bullock’s Oriole and Berwick’s Wren.

The sin of these names is their connection to historical figures that are now considered problematic.

“We’ve come to understand that there are certain names that have offensive or derogatory connotations that cause pain to people, and that it is important to change those, to remove those as barriers to their participation in the world of birds,” Handel added.

The Audubon’s Shearwater, a tropical sea bird, is going to be renamed because of its connection to James John Audubon, a famous naturalist and painter of birds.

Audubon is being canceled because he was a slave owner who was opposed to the abolition of slavery.

The National Audubon Society, an environmental group dedicated to protecting birds and their habitats, is named after him.

The Scott’s Oriole is set to receive a new moniker because it’s named after Union Civil War general Winfield Scott.

But Scott is persona no grata with the woke mob because of his role in removing American Indians from their lands.

Over one hundred species of birds will be renamed because of the temper tantrum thrown by the woke mob.

The push to change the bird names comes from the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in 2020 when woke critics complained that bird names are “isolating and demeaning reminders of oppression, slavery and genocide.”

Beer drinkers still haven’t forgiven Bud Light after the company refused to apologize for its woke partnership with a transgender influencer.

Beer Business Daily reported that NIQ data found that Bud Light sales volume is down a whopping 30% for the four week period ending on October 7 compared to the same period a year ago.

Anheuser-Busch InBev CEO Michel Doukeris tried to put on a brave face with investors during an earnings call after the disastrous sales numbers.

“We have a good grip on what we need to do and how we are proceeding from here,” stated Doukeris.

He added that Bud Light customers want a “beer without a debate” and that they want the company to stick to beer.

Doukeris said, “We are taking the feedback.”

But that plan still doesn’t appear to include an apology to former Bud Light drinkers.

Anheuser-Busch announced that it was becoming the official beer sponsor of the mixed martial arts promotion Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) to save the company’s tattered image.

The agreement is the largest sponsorship deal in UFC history with Anheuser-Busch rumored to be paying well north of $100 million to secure it.

Chuck Schumer got some help from a RINO traitor for this unforgivable double cross

Republicans expect their elected officials to fight the Democrats.

But right now, establishment RINOs are falling all over each other.

And Chuck Schumer got some help from a RINO traitor for this unforgivable double cross.

Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville put a hold on military promotions over Joe Biden illegally forcing taxpayers to pay for the travel of military personnel who seek abortions.

Chuck Schumer could bring up these promotions for a vote one at a time but that would mean using all 30 hours of floor time on debate to break cloture.

Establishment RINOs who really serve the military industrial complex and the Swamp finally reached their breaking point.

Despite the fact that these RINOs all campaigned on being Pro-Life, several of these RINOs took to the Senate floor to berate Tuberville for fighting to uphold both the law and the conservative value of protecting life.

Alaska RINO Dan Sullivan was complaining that Tuberville wouldn’t release his hold to allow swift passage of nominees instead of maintaining the block and forcing Schumer to take the maximum floor time to push through the promotions.

“My colleague from Alabama has said publicly, ‘Hey, bring ’em up one at a time and we’re asking for a voice vote,’” Sullivan ranted. “So, we’re doing what he said. Not sure why he’s objecting. Maybe he can explain that in a minute when I bring up another [nominee].”

Sullivan then fumed that Tuberville was “wrong” to defend unborn life.

“I don’t understand. And look, we can go in and out of readiness, but my colleague from Alabama is 100% wrong,” Sullivan added.

Tuberville said releasing his holds was counterproductive as it was the only leverage the minority had to force negotiations.

“Abortion is the most important thing Democrats have that they will not negotiate,” Tuberville told reporters.

South Carolina RINO Lindsey Graham then complained that Tuberville didn’t file a lawsuit that would take years to work its way through the courts and instead used his position as a Senator to leverage procedure.

“Let me respond to my colleague respectfully,” Graham exclaimed. “We have courts. If you think they’ve done something illegal, go to court. That’s how you handle these things.”

Graham then held up a picture of one of the military members whose promotion was in limbo due to Joe Biden refusing to budge off his position that taxpayers should fund abortion tourism and blamed Tuberville.

“You’ve just denied this lady a promotion,” Graham added. “You did that. All of us are ready to promote her because she deserves to be promoted. She had nothing to do with this policy. Let me say it again. Everybody in this body could find an issue with any administration they don’t agree with. And what we’re going to do is open up a Pandora’s box.”

In an appearance on Laura Ingraham’s show, Tuberville said he thought Republicans were Pro-Life so all he did was fight for the values his fellow Senators all claimed to support.

“I’m all for the military, and we’re in a tough time right now because our military’s struggling to actually put a group together, whether it’s Army, Navy, Air Force,” Tuberville stated. “I don’t work for Sen. McConnell. You know, I like him fine. I work for the people of Alabama and the taxpayers of this country. I thought we’re pro-life. I am.”

Jaws hit the floor when the House Clerk notified members of Nancy Pelosi’s criminal subpoena

Nancy Pelosi was first elected to the U.S. House in a 1987 Special Election for California’s 5th Congressional District.

Pelosi has a long history of corruption during her rise through the Democrat Party ranks to become Speaker of the House.

That’s why jaws hit the floor when the House Clerk notified members of Nancy Pelosi’s criminal subpoena.

Nancy Pelosi has been at the center of a lot of controversies and scandals during her many years in Congress.

And now she is apparently involved in a criminal trial.

On Wednesday, the House Clerk made an announcement from Nancy Pelosi informing members that she had been issued a subpoena related to a criminal matter.

“This is to notify you formally pursuant to Rule Eight of the rules of the House of Representatives, that I, the Honorable Nancy Pelosi, Speaker Emerita, and U.S. Representative for the 11th Congressional District of California, have been served with third party subpoenas from the prosecution and the defendant to produce documents in a criminal case and United States District Court for the Northern District of California,” the Clerk read from the statement.

“After consultation with the Office of General Counsel, I have determined that compliance with the subpoenas is consistent with the privileges and of the House to the extent it requires production of non-privileged information,” the statement continued. “The responses to the subpoenas will be identical.”

Of course, these types of statements are standard from Members of Congress who are issued a subpoena related to a criminal or civil matter.

When reporters reached out for more information, Pelosi’s office declined to comment on the criminal subpoena.

However, it’s likely related to the upcoming trial for the man accused of brutally attacking her husband with a hammer last year during a violent home invasion.

“In police bodycam footage of the attack, which was released Friday, the 42-year-old DePape is seen attacking Pelosi brutally with a hammer as police arrive at the residence,” Breitbart reported at the time of the incident. “Pelosi require surgery for a skull fracture.”

David Depape, the man who attacked Pelosi’s husband, is set to go on trial this month.

So it would make sense for the subpoena to be related to Depape’s trial.

Nancy Pelosi has engaged in a lot of shady activity over the years, including potentially insider stock trading using her position in Congress.

But America has a two-tiered system of justice for Democrats and Republicans.

And as one of the top Democrats in America, right now Nancy Pelosi has little to no worry about facing any criminal charges.
