Kristi Noem Just Revealed the Backpack Operation China Used to Bus Military Age Men Across Our Border

China spent years running what looked like a travel agency in Latin America.

And now the woman who ran America's homeland security is blowing the lid off the whole operation.

What she described on Fox Business Tuesday morning is not an immigration story.

The Backpack Operation Nobody Was Talking About

Kristi Noem wasn't just guessing. As Trump's DHS Secretary for 13 months – the woman who oversaw 1.9 million deportations and self-deportations and half a million pounds of seized drugs – she had access to the raw intelligence on what China was actually doing at our borders.

Chinese nationals would fly into Latin American countries that offered visa-free entry – Ecuador alone went from roughly 13,000 Chinese arrivals to over 45,000 in a single year.

Once on the ground, a Beijing-linked network took over: transportation from the airport, housing, pre-loaded documents, backpacks, and buses pointed straight at the U.S. southern border.

"Almost like a travel agency would be," Noem said.

The individuals showing up weren't random families fleeing poverty.

The testimonies Noem received were consistent – same age, overwhelmingly male, military age, moving in coordinated waves.

That's not asylum seeking.

That's an operation.

China's Thousand-Year Plan to Kill America From the Inside

This is the part the mainstream media skips past.

Noem didn't mince words: "China has a thousand-year plan to destroy the United States. They don't just build up their military. They don't just manipulate their currency, harm us with trade practices. They have a plan to kill our country from the inside by killing off our next generation of Americans."

Those aren't empty words from a politician.

They're consistent with everything U.S. intelligence has documented for years.

House Homeland Security Subcommittee Chairman Dan Bishop confirmed it from the congressional side – federal indictments in North Carolina showed direct partnerships between Mexican drug cartels and Chinese transnational criminal organizations running money laundering operations across the country.

The DEA has said repeatedly that the vast majority of fentanyl precursor chemicals originate in Chinese factories before being shipped to Mexican cartels for processing and trafficking into American neighborhoods.

Rep. Mark Green, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, went further.

Based on direct briefings from a Border Patrol sector chief, some Chinese migrants at the southern border had – in Green's own words – "known ties to the PLA." China's People's Liberation Army.

In 2023 alone, U.S. authorities encountered more than 37,000 Chinese nationals at the southern border – more than ten times the number from the prior year.

Republican lawmakers pointed to at least 100 reported incidents of Chinese nationals attempting to access U.S. military installations.

Fort Wainwright in Alaska. Camp Grayling in Michigan.

The naval air station in Key West, Florida.

Same age. Military age. Coordinated.

This Is the Pattern Biden Let In for Four Years

America First Policy Institute's homeland security brief put the legal framework plainly: under China's National Intelligence Law, every Chinese national on foreign soil is legally compelled to assist Chinese state intelligence operations if directed to do so.

The CCP doesn't need to recruit spies.

It already has them.

Biden's DHS processed and released these individuals into American communities with almost no screening capability – as DHS officials themselves admitted, cooperation with China on identifying their own nationals is essentially nonexistent.

Biden didn't just ignore the border.

He ignored a documented Chinese government operation running through Latin America, into Mexico, and straight into American cities.

Noem spent 13 months dismantling what Biden built.

Under her leadership, DHS seized more than half a million pounds of illegal drugs and documented 1.9 million removals and self-deportations.

She built the diplomatic architecture – the Shield of the Americas – that is now tracking Chinese operations across the Western Hemisphere with partner nations willing to share intelligence.

The travel agency China set up to infiltrate your country operated wide open for four years.

They counted on Biden keeping it that way.

They were right.
