Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is facing intense criticism over his decision to bring criminal charges in a high-profile case.
Conservatives around the country rallied in opposition to Bragg.
And Kid Rock dropped the hammer on Alvin Bragg with these three letters.
Alvin Bragg caved to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the rest of the woke mob in charging 24-year-old marine veteran Daniel Penny with second degree manslaughter charges in the death of violent, mentally ill homeless man Jordan Neely.
Neely – who had been arrested 40 times, punched a 67-year-old woman in the face, and previously attempted to push bystanders on the subway tracks – was harassing and terrorizing riders on a subway car when Penny restrained Neely after which Neely died.
Penny became the poster child for Soros-backed prosecutors like Bragg abusing their power with politically-motivated charges.
Lawyers representing Penny set up a GiveSendGo page to raise money for Penny’s legal defense.
“Funds are being raised to pay Mr. Penny’s legal fees incurred from any criminal charges filed and any future civil lawsuits that may arise, as well as expenses related to his defense. All contributions are greatly appreciated. Any proceeds collected which exceed those necessary to cover Mr. Penny’s legal defense will be donated to a mental health advocacy program in New York City,” the page read.
This fundraising drive exploded as generous Americans chipped in $2,000,000.
Music superstar Kid Rock donated $5,000 and called Bragg a “POS” in the message that accompanied his donation.
“Mr. Penny is a hero. Alvin Bragg is a POS. Kid Rock,” Kid Rock wrote.
2024 GOP Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy gave $10,000 and told Fox News that Penny was a good Samaritan trying to defend innocent bystanders from a violent, mentally ill homeless man.
“You have an abandonment of the rule of law,” Ramaswamy stated. “Then someone who tries to assist and protect people, based on the current facts we have . . . is now being prosecuted. That represents a perversion of how the system is supposed to work.”
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis also tweeted out a link to the GiveSendGo page with a supportive message.
We must defeat the Soros-Funded DAs, stop the Left's pro-criminal agenda, and take back the streets for law abiding citizens. We stand with Good Samaritans like Daniel Penny. Let’s show this Marine… America’s got his back.

Americans are getting fed up with Soros-backed prosecutors and are starting to push back.
The depth of support for Daniel Penny is a clear sign to prosecutors like Bragg that they are crossing the point of no return.
