The Number That Changes Everything
Seven hundred and fifteen.
That is not a typo.
In an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, FBI Director Kash Patel disclosed that the bureau disrupted 715 planned terrorist attacks on U.S. soil over the past year – a previously unreported figure he called the direct result of being "resourced and backed by the White House."
The plots stemmed from ISIS and other terrorist-affiliated organizations.
The suspects used illegal aliens, sympathetic American citizens, and foreign nationals to try to bring mass carnage to your cities.
To put 715 in perspective: the Heritage Foundation spent years carefully documenting foiled plots after 9/11 – by 2009, they had counted just 30 over the entire span since the Twin Towers fell.
Patel's FBI stopped more attacks in December 2025 alone than the entire country stopped in most of those years combined.
In one 30-day window last December, the FBI shut down four separate, unrelated plots targeting Southern California, Texas, Florida, and New York – each one aimed at places of worship, schools, businesses, and crowds of ordinary Americans during the holiday season.
Four attacks.
Four states.
Thirty days.
"That's a pretty monumental achievement, especially during the holidays," Patel said, "but it's because we were resourced and backed by the White House and the administration to get these sort of achievements."
The Plot That Would Have Killed Trump at the White House
The December numbers are staggering, but the most chilling case came in June 2026.
A Mexican illegal alien named Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez – living in America on an expired visa since 2001 before the Obama administration handed him DACA protection in 2014 – organized a terror cell to assassinate President Trump at the UFC Freedom 250 fight on the South Lawn of the White House.
Alvarez, going by the alias "Shepherd," coordinated at least 23 people in an encrypted chat to detonate drones loaded with explosives at the event, force panicked crowds toward a kill zone, and then have snipers pick off high-value targets – Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Elon Musk, and multiple members of Congress.

A second wave would then storm the White House gate.
The FBI became aware of the threat on June 10, four days before the fight.
DHS confirmed after Alvarez's arrest: "This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country."
He should not have been.
What $7 Billion in Savings Buys America
Here is the part that should humiliate every Democrat who screamed that Kash Patel was unfit to lead the FBI.
While stopping 715 terrorist attacks, Patel simultaneously dismantled the bloated bureaucracy the Comey-Wray era built.
He canceled the unnecessary $5 billion headquarters project, cut wasteful contracts, consolidated facilities, and eliminated inefficient practices.
The result: $7 billion returned to the American taxpayer.
Not borrowed.
Not redirected to DEI programs.
Returned.

The Left spent two years insisting that a reformer at the FBI would make Americans less safe.
Patel has delivered 715 reasons why they were wrong, a leaner agency, and $7 billion back in taxpayer pockets – all at the same time.
That is what happens when the President of the United States actually backs his FBI director instead of weaponizing the bureau against political opponents.
The mainstream media covered every leaked anti-Trump document from the old FBI leadership like it was Watergate.
They cannot find 30 seconds to tell you the FBI just stopped 715 attacks on American soil.
That silence is its own headline.
