Over two dozen Tren de Aragua members and associates are in federal custody after a coordinated multi-district operation spanning Colorado, Southern Florida, Northern Indiana, Middle Tennessee, Western Tennessee, and Eastern Washington.
The seizure list reads like a cartel bust.
Eighty-plus firearms. Eighteen kilograms of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.
More than $100,000 in cash.
"This is a massive and impactful takedown of over 25 TdA terrorists who wreaked havoc on our streets," FBI Director Kash Patel said. "The FBI and our fiercely dedicated federal, state, and local partners continue to put criminals trafficking drugs and guns endangering American lives, in prison in huge numbers."

That word – terrorists – isn't rhetorical.
Trump's DOJ designated Tren de Aragua a foreign terrorist organization in February 2025, a move the left screamed about for months.
This arrest sweep shows exactly what that designation unlocks.
Two Venezuelan nationals charged in Colorado – Jeremmy Andres Boscan-Delfin and Wilmer Jose Bolano-Sanchez – were arrested on firearms trafficking charges. The DOJ confirmed both entered the United States illegally during the Biden administration.

The Diversion Program That Should Enrage You
One defendant in Tennessee deserves special attention.
Faren Aldahir Marquez is a Honduran national and lawful permanent U.S. resident.
He pled guilty in January 2025 to felony reckless endangerment and was placed in a judicial diversion program – a second chance, courtesy of the American justice system.
His diversion conditions explicitly banned him from possessing firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind.
When law enforcement searched his residence, they found loaded firearms, extended magazines, a drum magazine, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and more than $7,000 in cash.

He is now charged with drug trafficking conspiracy, firearms trafficking conspiracy, and using or carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.
The system gave him a break.
He used it to arm a criminal network.
Why the Terrorist Label Changes Everything
Before February 2025, Tren de Aragua was a gang.
Criminal charges. Local prosecution. Case-by-case enforcement.
Members hiding behind immigration courts and activist lawyers screaming about due process for men who preyed on American communities.
The terrorist designation changed the math entirely.
Since Trump took office, more than 260 Tren de Aragua members and associates have been federally charged.
Joint Task Force Vulcan is part of that sustained pressure campaign – not a one-time headline, but an ongoing dismantling of a transnational criminal network that treated American cities as hunting grounds.

That's not hyperbole.
Maduro's government didn't just produce this gang – it exported them. Biden's open border was their expressway into American neighborhoods.
Aurora, Colorado. Chicago. Houston. They took over apartment complexes and terrorized residents who had nowhere to turn.
Trump designated them terrorists. Democrats sued to stop the deportations.
The DOJ just arrested 25 of them across six states.
The people screaming loudest about protecting these men from removal are the same people who left American communities defenseless when they controlled Washington.
