Joe Biden refused to visit the border on a recent trip to Arizona because he said “there are more important things going on.”
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended Biden’s statement.
And Karine Jean-Pierre said four jaw-dropping words about Joe Biden’s efforts to secure the border that will leave you shaking your head in disbelief.
Joe Biden opened up the borders to a flood of illegal aliens his very first day in office.
Biden immediately suspended all deportations for at least 100 days, stopped all construction on Donald Trump’s border wall, and promised mass amnesty to any illegal aliens who made it across the border and into the country.
As expected, record breaking numbers of illegal aliens have entered the country under Joe Biden.
But it’s about to get much worse when Title 42 ends on December 21.
Title 42 is the last remaining successful border security measure put in place by Trump.
It allows Border Patrol agents to swiftly deport illegal aliens to protect the country during the pandemic.
During a recent White House press briefing, reporters asked Jean-Pierre what the American people should expect at the border when Title 42 ends.
“What Americans should know is that the President has done the work to deal with what we’re seeing at the border since Day One,” Jean-Pierre said.
After outrageously claiming that Biden “has done the work” to secure the border, she then blamed the crisis on Donald Trump, telling reporters that the previous administration “gutted” our immigration system.
However, she said Americans shouldn’t be worried because Joe Biden “secured record funding” for border security.
Jean-Pierre then accused Republicans of harming border security by not passing ”comprehensive immigration reform.”
Of course, by “comprehensive immigration reform,” Jean-Pierre means blanket amnesty for the tens of millions of illegal aliens currently living in America.
But with Title 42 ending and Joe Biden refusing to secure the border, the crisis is only going to get worse.
House Republicans are threatening to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas when they take the majority in January over his refusal to do his job and enforce immigration laws.
But as long as Democrats have the White House and the Senate, it will be virtually impossible for Republicans to hold anyone accountable for the next two years.
