Kamala Harris made a comment about elementary school children that has parents seeing red

Kamala Harris has had a rough first term as Vice President.

She continues to prove just how unqualified she is for the position.

And recently, Kamala Harris made a comment about elementary school children that has parents seeing red.

The Florida legislature signed the Parental Rights in Education bill back in early March.

The bill simply barred educators from teaching sexual subject matter that was deemed age inappropriate.

It also ensured parental notification for things like, their child’s sexuality or gender identity, or if they’re pregnant.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed the common-sense bill into law later that same month.

Democrat politicians, celebrities and so-called Big Media “journalists” labeled it the “Don’t Say Gay Bill.”

Four-months later, instead of concerning herself with the crisis on the U.S. southern border, the “immigration Czar” is still complaining about DeSantis and the Florida bill.

In a recent speech Harris was waving her virtual signal flag high and proud.

She was speaking about supposed “voting rights” laws when she dropped this gem.

“These are issues that impact young people, because as we all know, the right to vote and the action of voting unlock all the other rights, including; same-sex marriage, including whether we’re gonna stand up against a law that says ‘don’t say gay’ basically restricting K-3 teachers in Florida to be able to love openly and teach what they believe is important for people to understand,” Harris said.

There is so much to dissect in that one run-on sentence.

First of all, nowhere in Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law will Harris or anyone else find the phrase, “don’t say gay.”

In fact, the word, “gay” is nowhere to be found in the law.

However, it’s the second part of the quote that is causing the most angst with American parents – “restricting K-3 teachers in Florida to be able to love openly and teach what they believe is important for people to understand.”

The sitting Vice President of the United States is advocating teachers talk about their sex lives openly with students aged 6-10.

Harris wants lesson plans to reflect what teachers “believe is important,” – like Critical Race Theory and Queer Theory — instead of locally approved educational curriculum surrounding reading, writing and arithmetic.

This is the same strategy that cost Democrats last year in the Virginia’s off-year elections.
