Kamala Harris was a national punchline before she became a Presidential candidate.

She’s trying to run out the clock until Election Day.

Now Kamala Harris is counting on one ace in the hole to carry her to victory.

Kamala Harris has the media in her corner

Vice President Kamala Harris has been the beneficiary of a starstruck media after she entered the Presidential race.

They’ve treated her like the second coming of former President Barack Obama.

Harris’ surge during her campaign’s honeymoon period is being driven by a friendly media boosting her.

Longtime Democratic Strategist Doug Sosnik said the media’s hatred for former President Donald Trump will have them outrageously biased for Harris during an appearance on The Somebody’s Gotta Win with Tara Palmeri podcast.

Sosnik said that Harris isn’t going to receive the usual scrutiny that a Presidential candidate gets from the media because journalists don’t want to be seen as helping Trump.

“She will get a lot of breaks by the press because they want Trump to lose,” Sosnik stated.

The roughly three weeks where the media was aggressively reporting on President Joe Biden to drive him out of the race was an aberration.

“Now, in the case of what happened with Biden was they turned on Biden because they thought Biden was dishonest and the White House was dishonest with the press about his condition, and he made him look bad,” Sosnik told Palmeri.

The favorable media is going to be a campaign advantage for Harris, according to Sosnik.

“The press is gonna be very favorable to covering her because they don’t want Trump to win,” Sosnik said. “And I think they can take advantage of that and should.”

The media is an arm of Kamala Harris’ campaign

Harris was the most unpopular Vice President in modern history based on her approval rating before Biden dropped out.

She became less popular with Democrat voters as they got to see more of her during the 2020 Presidential Primary.

Harris dropped out of the race two months before the first votes were cast, and she was polling in the low single digits behind also-rans like entrepreneur Andrew Yang.

That all changed when she became Biden’s replacement.

Harris hasn’t given an interview or held a press conference since she entered the race.

The media is helping her in her extreme political makeover from a far-left San Francisco Democrat to a “tough-on-crime” former prosecutor for the General Election.

Her failure as “Border Czar” and the far-left positions she supports, like the Green New Deal, free healthcare for illegal aliens, and reducing Americans’ consumption of red meat are being memory-holed.

Journalists have become the public relations spokesmen for her campaign.

Harris is known for sticking her foot in her mouth when she speaks off-script.

That’s why her campaign is having her read the same stump speech from a teleprompter at every rally.

The Harris campaign is running the same basement campaign playbook that Biden used during the 2020 Election.

Trump and Republicans have to cut through the media noise to present Harris’ real record to voters.
