The Biden-Harris administration places its political agenda over everything.
Administration officials are willing to let Americans pay the price.
And Josh Hawley exposed one scary decision by Biden-Harris officials to endanger everyone.
Venezuelan gang members being released in Missouri
The Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua made national headlines this summer after its members began taking over apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado, and extorting residents.
Gang members blended in with the millions of illegal aliens who crossed the southern border under the Biden-Harris administration.
The socialist dictatorship that runs Venezuela doesn’t share any criminal information with the United States so there’s no way to determine if illegal aliens from that country are criminals.
Tren de Aragua members are involved in robberies, sex trafficking, drug dealing, assaults, and murders, and have attacked police officers.
Missouri’s Congressional delegation led by U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) is demanding answers about the presence of Tren de Aragua gang members in the state.
Local law enforcement in rural Clinton County, Missouri encountered two illegal aliens from Venezuela during a traffic stop.
One was a member of Tren de Aragua while the other was a suspected member.
The Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigations told the police to release them despite the fact one had an order to be detained and was supposed to be deported from the country.
“Despite the threat these individuals pose to the citizens of Missouri, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel contacted local law enforcement personnel and advised that they release the individuals in question because Venezuela refused to accept them,” the Missouri lawmakers wrote in a letter. “[Homeland Security Investigations] reportedly directed local law enforcement in Missouri to release a known member of [Tren de Aragua] due to Venezuela’s refusal to cooperate on deportation cases.”
Venezuela’s government refuses to cooperate with the United States on deportations so violent gang members are being released on the streets.
Tren de Aragua shows up in another state far from the border
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) announced that Tren de Aragua members are operating in every major city in the state.
“This gang has exploited [the border],” TBI Director David Rausch told Fox & Friends. “They go from human trafficking to organized retail crime theft, and then they move into the drug trade, taking on the cartels in very violent, bloody battles that they’ve had.”
Authorities in Tennessee arrested a Tren de Argua member and three other illegal aliens as part of a sex trafficking sting.
The gang has a human trafficking operation in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
Police are helpless if they run into a Tren de Argua who doesn’t have a federal immigration detainer placed on them.
“If we come upon them and they have a detainer on them, then we can take them into custody,” Rausch explained. “But other than that, then all we can do is monitor and assure that they aren’t violating the law. But that is a challenge.”
Joe Biden opening the southern border unleashed a violent crime wave on the country from one of the world’s most dangerous gangs.
