John Fetterman is continuing to act as one of the most unspoken Democrats in the Senate.
Fetterman had a lot to say about the latest news.
And John Fetterman was sick to his stomach over what this Florida man just did.
John Fetterman fumes about Gaetz’s selection as Attorney General
Donald Trump picking Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz as his nominee for Attorney General sent the Washington, D.C. Swamp into a tizzy.
Trump won a massive electoral mandate and this time Trump intends to capitalize on it by nominating loyal conservatives he can trust to implement his agenda.
Over the last eight years, the Department of Justice repeatedly burned Trump.
Trump wants to make sure there won’t be any Russian collusion hoaxes or weaponized show trials this time.
Gaetz understands his mission is to rein in the Department of Justice and clean house of all the Deep State plotters who think they won a second chance to gum up the works of Trump’s agenda and try and bring down the duly elected President.
Democrats reacted in horror to the Gaetz selection.
Republicans control the White House and both chambers of Congress.
The only power Democrats own in Washington, D.C. belongs to Deep State operatives embedded within the permanent bureaucracy.
John Fetterman spoke for the angst in the Democrat Party over the potential of Attorney General Gaetz blowtorching the anti-Trump career bureaucrats inside the Department of Justice.
Fetterman expressed his willingness to support establishment RINOs like Marco Rubio and Elise Stefanik, both of whom Trump nominated to cabinet posts.
“Like I said, I just it’s just this is truly I mean, you know, they have had serious appointments. Like, I’m a big fan of Rubio. I mean, we’re we’re different politically. Stefanik, I just saw him, my colleague from Missouri, Eric Schmidt, he was the AG from Missouri. He would have been a solid pick,” Fetterman stated. “Then you put out someone like that, then it’s just nothing but trolling.”
Fetterman then claimed Trump only nominated Gaetz because he is a “God-tier” king of trolling and the Gaetz pick was only intended to cause leftists to meltdown like snowflakes.
“It’s just kind of like a God-tier kind of trolling just to trigger a meltdown,” Fetterman added. “But, really, the Dems’ opinions on Gaetz, that’s not really what’s interesting. The good ones are going to come by my colleagues on the other side, the GOP, on how they can justify voting for that jerk-off.”
Fetterman claimed he wasn’t going to give Trump the satisfaction of freaking out over the Gaetz nomination.
“Certainly there’s some that both sides aren’t gonna vote for, like the ones that happened tonight. But I’m not gonna freak out like, ‘Oh My God.’ I mean, it’s like that’s really what he wants. I’m sure he enjoys that kind of trolling. And no one takes that seriously, both sides,” Fetterman concluded.
Democrats aren’t likely to give Trump any votes on cabinet nominees unless they are Swamp-approved RINOs like Rubio or Stefanik.
That means Republicans will have to stand up to media pressure if Trump wants to see the Senate confirm Matt Gaetz to the post of Attorney General.
