Joe Rogan Said Nancy Pelosi Stock Picks Beat Warren Buffett and He Was Right

Nancy Pelosi turned $785,000 into $130 million while serving in Congress.

Now Joe Rogan just told 20 million listeners what conservatives have known for years.

And what he said about her stock picks is so accurate it should terrify every American who still believes the rules apply to everyone.

Rogan Said the Quiet Part Out Loud

On a 2022 episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, comedian Andrew Schulz claimed Paul Pelosi had put $5 million into Nvidia right before Congress voted to hand semiconductor companies billions in federal subsidies.

Rogan didn't hedge.

"Do you know that she's better at stock market picks than Warren Buffett and George Soros? She can do no wrong, bro. She should quit what she's doing."

He was more right than he knew.

Their portfolio posted a 54% return last year – more than double the S&P 500's 25% gain.

Paul Pelosi exercised 50,000 Nvidia call options in December 2024 at $12 per share, well below market price at the time.

Over her full 37 years in Congress, the Pelosi portfolio beat the Dow Jones by 14,600 percentage points.

Warren Buffett reads financial statements for a living and talks to company executives for decades before buying.

Nancy Pelosi sits in classified briefings where senators get told things your broker will never hear.

The STOCK Act Loophole That Lets Nancy Pelosi Keep Trading

Here's the part Democrats don't want you to think about.

Congress passed the STOCK Act in 2012 – the law supposedly designed to stop exactly this kind of trading.

The penalty for getting caught?

Two hundred dollars.

That isn't a deterrent. That's a cover charge.

Nancy Pelosi has faced insider trading allegations for years – and no member of Congress has ever been prosecuted under the STOCK Act, despite years of documented, perfectly timed trades that somehow always moved the right direction before major votes.

The law requires disclosure within 45 days.

It does not ban trading. It does not ban spouses from trading. It does not require anyone to divest.

Nancy Pelosi stood at that podium for years and told you she was fighting for working Americans – while her husband was placing seven-figure options bets on the exact industries her committees were regulating.

She called it a free market.

The Congressional Stock Trading Ban Republicans Named After Her

Senate Republicans didn't forget.

They named their congressional stock trading bill the PELOSI Act – Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments – and Senator Josh Hawley pushed it through committee in July 2025 on an 8–7 vote.

Trump said he "conceptually" supports a ban.

Then Pelosi praised the bill and Trump turned on Hawley, posting that Democrats were using him as a "pawn."

Meanwhile, members of Congress executed 13,324 trades totaling $635.6 million in 2025 alone.

The Stop Insider Trading Act, introduced in January 2026, would ban lawmakers' families from purchasing stocks and impose fines of up to 10% of trade value plus any gains.

As of today, none of these bills have passed.

Nancy Pelosi announced her retirement. Once she leaves Congress in 2027, she won't be required to publicly disclose a single trade her family makes.

The woman who built $130 million in public service is about to disappear from public view entirely – and take her portfolio with her.

Joe Rogan got the comparison exactly right.

Buffett wins because he's smarter than everyone else in the room.

Pelosi wins because she built the room, wrote the rules, and made sure the fine for breaking them costs less than a parking ticket.
