Joe Biden has made a royal mess of the U.S. economy and he refuses to take the blame for it.
Along with skyrocketing inflation and supply chain issues, he’s managed to severely hurt the energy sector.
Joe Biden’s energy crisis continues on and this latest move has many scratching their heads.
Americans are fed up with gas prices and are demanding that Joe Biden do something about it.
Earlier today, Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia called on Biden to reinstate the Keystone XL pipeline to help ease the current energy crisis in the country.
But instead of trying to help Americans by admitting what he did was wrong in shutting the pipeline down and reopening it with the hope of easing the pinch at the pump, Biden did something entirely different.
He announced that the Department of Energy will release 50 million barrels of oil held in the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
So, he’ll dip into the reserve to fix a problem that he caused by shutting down a pipeline.
This is a new strategy, that’s for sure.
According to a Fox News report, China, India, Japan, the UK and Korea will also tap their reserves in a coordinated effort to drive down prices.
“Of the 50 million barrels, 32 million will be released but eventually returned to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in the next few years, the White House said. The remaining 18 million barrels are part of a sale that Congress has already authorized; the White House said it was accelerating the release of that sale,” the Fox report continued.
It’s as if Biden and his team create problems so they can then create even more problems to try and solve said problem.
“The President stands ready to take additional action, if needed, and is prepared to use his full authorities working in coordination with the rest of the world to maintain adequate supply as we exit the pandemic,” the White House said in a statement.
And, again, they reference the pandemic.
The pandemic is over and the problems the U.S. is facing now are because of Joe Biden, not because of the so-called “pandemic.”
According to new data, Americans paid an average of $3.29 a gallon in October, which is the highest fuel prices have been since September of 2014.
Still, Biden won’t admit that he’s messed up.
