It’s difficult to pick which of Joe Biden’s myriad of disasters as President of the United States is the worst.
Bidenflation, record-high gas prices, supply chain shortages, crisis on the southern border, surging crime rates, the Afghanistan withdrawal, a radical SOTUS appointee – the choices are virtually endless.
But President Joe Biden will be weeping into his pillow when he sees how Americans truly feel about him.
For more than a half year now, President Joe Biden’s approval ratings have been plummeting.
The RealClearPolitics average of polls has Biden sitting at just 41% approve, 54% disapprove.
RCP has even worse numbers for the President when it comes to the direction of the country.
According to the RCP average of polls, only 31% of Americans think the United States is heading in the right direction under Joe Biden – while 62% believe Biden is taking America down the wrong road.
Those numbers might help explain the latest survey from Harvard CAPS-Harris.
According to the brand-new poll, an overwhelming majority of voters – 62% – do NOT want Biden to run for a second term as President in 2024.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the numbers just get worse for the oldest President in the history of the United States.
In fact, the same Harris poll found that if the Democrat Presidential Primaries were held today, only 37% of blue voters say they would vote for the incumbent Commander-in-Chief.
That puts Biden in danger of being the ONLY sitting President in the history of the modern primary system (installed in 1972) to lose his party’s primary to a challenger.
And the hits – well – misses just keep coming for the Chief Executive of the United States.
The Harris survey shows 67% of respondents believe Biden’s involvement with his son (Hunter’s) business could reach to the level of impeachment.
Meanwhile, Morning Consult Political Intelligence tracks the President’s approval at a state-by-state level every quarter.
MCPI’s latest findings should prove alarming for the White House.
Joe Biden currently sits with underwater approval ratings in 40 out of America’s 50 states.
According to MCPI’s findings, “Biden’s net approval rating has dropped by more than 20 points over the past year in all of the states hosting hotly contested Senate races or competitive House races this fall that are also set to feature prominently in 2024.”
Many states that Biden supposedly carried in the controversial 2020 election have strong disapproval ratings for the President, including: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Maine, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.
The fact is, the only states where Biden has a positive net-approval rating are: California, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Vermont.
The bluest of the blue states remain on Team Biden – at least for now – but the rest of America is clearly off the Biden bandwagon.
