Joe Biden is trying to put Donald Trump in jail for an imaginary criminal offense.
As it turns out Biden is the one with a problem.
And Joe Biden is terrified that you will see this damning legal document.
In an act of political base covering, Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Robert Hur as Special Counsel to investigate allegations that President Joe Biden mishandled classified documents for decades, dating all the way back to his days as a United States Senator.
Appointing Hur, who promptly disappeared from public view, allowed Garland to promote rogue, anti-Trump zealot Jack Smith as the Special Counsel in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents and 2020 election witch hunts against former President Donald Trump.
Critics contend Smith then spent the better part of 18 months leaking claims to the press that framed Trump in the court of public opinion, so as to hurt Trump’s Presidential campaign.
As a Senator and Vice President, Biden had no right to possess the classified documents he did.
But Biden stashed documents containing some of America’s biggest secrets inside an office at the University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center in Washington, D.C., and a garage at his Delaware beach house.
Hur submitted his report to Garland, and to the surprise of no one, the Biden Justice Department will not recommend criminal charges against President Biden.
But Democrats are worried about the report’s contents, as there is no justifiable explanation for Biden stealing classified documents and his lawyers withholding this knowledge until after the Midterm election.
Now, Michael Bromwich, a lawyer for some of the Biden staffers interviewed in the probe, wants to review the report before its release.
“According to attorney Michael Bromwich, for the past month he has repeatedly suggested to Hur’s team that — without such a review — Hur might miss ‘proper factual context’ for the information that each of his clients provided,” ABC News reported.
Hur resisting these entreaties by Biden forced the regime to interfere in the investigation.
“But, as Bromwich described it, Hur’s office repeatedly told him that none of the witnesses in the probe would be able to see the report before it became public,” ABC News also reported.
Bromwich claimed his client just wanted to provide context to their testimony.
“This is a long-anticipated report, and it will be widely read,” Bromwich added. “It’s even more important than in your average inspector general report that the facts are reported accurately. … Witnesses who have voluntarily cooperated with the investigation and given hours of their time deserve no less.”
Critics argue that the real reason Biden staffers want to comb through this report is to sanitize any embarrassing or scandalous details and take the edge off what will clearly be a torrent of criticism by Republicans, attacking the Biden Justice Department for prosecuting Joe Biden’s 2024 election opponent for criminal charges the Biden Justice Department gave Joe Biden a pass on.
