Joe Biden is furious that the Supreme Court could ruin this dangerous scheme

Despite several courts ruling against him, Joe Biden continues to laugh in the face of the law.

Never before has a sitting United States President showed such blatant disregard for the rule of law.

But that could change and Joe Biden is furious that the Supreme Court could ruin this dangerous scheme.

In a move that shocked everyone, right before Christmas, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals dissolved a stay blocking Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate from taking effect on January 4.

Biden and his leftist allies cheered at the move by the court, but business groups wasted no time challenging the authoritarian move.

The groups banded together and quickly appealed to the Supreme Court asking that they rule the stay remain in place while the case wound its way through the legal system.

But much in a move that surely made Joe Biden furious, the Supreme Court upped the ante by announcing an emergency session on January 7 to hear oral arguments in the challenges to Biden’s vaccine mandate for employers with more than 100 workers and for healthcare facilities that accept Medicare and Medicaid funding.

This move was unprecedented – the Supreme Court wasn’t scheduled to reconvene until January 10.

The Associated Press reported:

The Supreme Court says it will hold a special session in just over two weeks to hear arguments on the Biden administration’s vaccine or testing requirement for large employers and a separate vaccine requirement for healthcare workers, an announcement that comes amid rising coronavirus cases.

The high court announced late Wednesday that it would hear arguments in the cases on Jan. 7, an extraordinarily fast timeline. The court had not been scheduled to hear cases again until Jan. 10.

Many expect the conservative Justices to strike down Biden’s unconstitutional mandates.

Just a few months ago the Supreme Court blasted Joe Biden for leveraging the Centers for Disease Control to issue a federal eviction moratorium – only Congress possesses that authority.

It’s that decision alone that has numerous legal experts believing the six Republican-appointed Justices will work together to slap down Biden’s illegal vaccine mandates.

That said, Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch have shown a tendency to go off the reservation.

And, everyone knows, John Roberts is no friend to the U.S. Constitution.
