Democrats are worried Joe Biden won’t be able to defeat Donald Trump at the ballot box next year.
That’s why the Left weaponized the justice system to step in and play an active role in the 2024 Presidential Election.
Now Joe Biden found this unthinkable way to put Donald Trump behind bars.
Biden prosecutor Jack Smith indicted Donald Trump on sham charges for trying to contest the 2020 election.
Smith already set up a show trial by making sure he tried his case in front of an Obama judge that made his bias against Trump abundantly clear.
Smith also indicted Trump in Washington, D.C. to make sure the outcome is never in doubt, as Smith will pick a jury pulled from a pool of residents that voted 95 percent against Trump in 2020.
And if this sham trial isn’t bad enough, Smith now wants to slap Trump with a gag order to silence him for the duration of the Presidential campaign.
“In service of his criminal conspiracies, through false public statements, the defendant sought to erode public faith in the administration of the election and intimidate individuals who refuted his lies,” Smith’s filing stated.
Smith absurdly claimed Trump attacking the witch hunt Biden, Garland, and Smith ran against him would somehow bias a jury pool against the government’s case when Washington, D.C. is the most Democratic city in America.
“The defendant is now attempting to do the same thing in this criminal case — to undermine confidence in the criminal justice system and prejudice the jury pool through disparaging and inflammatory attacks on the citizens of this District, the Court, prosecutors, and prospective witnesses,” the filing continued.
Smith asked Obama-appointed judge Tanya Chutkan to issue a gag order to prevent Trump making any comments “regarding the identity, testimony, or credibility of prospective witnesses” and “statements about any party, witness, attorney, court personnel, or potential jurors that are disparaging and inflammatory, or intimidating.”
This gag order would prevent Trump from campaigning on the weaponized Department of Justice, or criticizing Smith, Attorney General Merrick Garland, or Joe Biden.
Since the point of this trial is election interference, the gag order is the next natural step in Biden using his Justice Department to defeat Trump.
And if Trump violates the gag order, Judge Chutkan can revoke Trump’s bail and remand him to prison during the trial.
Trump posted on social media that this proposed gag order represented an unprecedented assault on the First Amendment and made it impossible to campaign for President without risking prison.

So, I’m campaigning for President against an incompetent person who has WEAPONIZED the DOJ & FBI to go after his Political Opponent, & I am not allowed to COMMENT? They Leak, Lie, & Sue, & they won’t allow me to SPEAK? How else would I explain that Jack Smith is DERANGED, or Crooked Joe is INCOMPETENT?” Trump posted on Truth Social.
