The Democrat Party continues to prove its hypocrisy and its belief that Americans should do as they say, not as they do.
It seems every day there is a different Democrat elitist being caught doing something they publicly demand others should never do like walk around maskless or in Joe Biden’s case – break the law.
Now Joe Biden blatantly broke federal law and Tucker Carlson just called him out for it.
Joe Biden is a career politician who has spent decades climbing to the top of the Democrat Party.
He is also known for having a long history of corruption and a family fraught with criminal issues.
However, most never expected Biden to continue his lawless acts once he became President, but he has proven more than once that he has no regard for the law despite being the leader of the United States.
The crisis at the southern border continues to rage out of control and it is all Joe Biden’s fault.
Joe Biden has put America’s security at risk, and he doesn’t care.
Biden ended Trump’s successful Remain in Mexico policy and swung the door wide open at the southern border putting the entire country in harm’s way.
But Tucker Carlson just cracked the case wide open on how Biden didn’t just open the border through policy moves, he in fact knowingly violated federal immigration law by not deporting criminal illegal aliens.
Carlson recently reported on his show:
“According to new court documents, between January 20 and the end of March, just for example, the Biden administration refused to take custody of 37 illegal immigrants in the State of Texas. Many of these people had additional criminal records. Section 236 (c) of the immigration and Nationality Act requires Federal agents to quote: “Detain and hold any alien who is released from criminal custody if the alien entered illegally and is removable on any of the criminal grounds of admissibility or if the alien entered legally and is removable on most all of the criminal deportation grounds.” Got that?”
The Biden administration is required to deport criminal illegal aliens, but they’re not doing it.
And no one is holding Biden accountable.
According to Carlson, no President who Congress impeached ever faced the litany of “flagrant” and “serious” criminal violations” that Biden has faced.
One thing is for sure, Biden is very worried about the 2022 midterms.
Since Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer control Congress right now, Biden is safe from impeachment that could all change if 2022 is the bloodbath many are predicting.
If the Republicans take back control there is no telling what will happen.
