For the past year, Joe Biden has claimed in public and in private that he is running for a second term in 2024.
But Joe Biden now leaves the question open and says he will make his decision after the Midterm elections.

Polls now show that the majority of Americans believe Biden is not mentally fit to serve as President and should step aside in 2024.
That’s why CNN’s Jake Tapper was floored over the invitation Biden extended to him during a recent interview when discussing his age.
“One poll shows that almost two-thirds of Democratic voters want a new nominee in 2024, and the top reason they gave was your age,” Tapper began. “So what’s your message to Democrats who like you, who like what you’ve done, but are concerned about your age and the demands of the job?”
Biden said voters are only concerned about whether or not he can get anything done, adding that no other President has ever “done more in the first two years of their administration.”
“Name me a President in recent history who’s gotten as much done as I have in the first two years,” Biden said.
Biden then invited Jake Tapper to “come work out with me in the morning.”
“They’ve been saying this about my age since I began to run,” Biden said, before adding “so, you know, you can come work out with me in the morning.”
Taken aback by the 79-year-old Joe Biden claiming he works out hard every morning and inviting him to join along, Tapper just brushed the invitation aside by saying “Anytime, anytime.”
Back in June, Joe Biden embarrassed himself by falling off a bicycle near his Delaware beach home.
Biden repeatedly forgets names, places, and even tries to find deceased members of Congress in the audience.
Joe Biden is trying to deflect attention away from the fact that he is suffering from severe mental and physical decline.
