Fox News cracked open the Minneapolis Signal chats and exposed a military-grade riot operation.
Newark thought they were smarter.
Now their chat rooms are open too – and what's inside makes Minneapolis look like a warm-up.
The Delaney Hall 100
Fox News Digital spent weeks on the ground in Newark, embedded in secret Signal groups and buried in tax filings – and what they found is not a protest movement.
It's a military operation.
The activists operate under secret monikers like "framed.unrest" and "Wicked Something."
They coordinate transportation, logistics, and riot supplies with the precision of a supply sergeant.
By 4:07 p.m. on June 3, a user named "Mason D" was already organizing decontamination wipes for pepper spray, protective knee pads, electrolytes, and non-ventilated goggles.

By 4:31 p.m., a user named "sqeek" distributed a formal MEDIC DONATIONS list – itemized by manufacturer and model number – including 3M respirators, military-grade shatterproof goggles rated to ANSI 87.1 and MIL-PREF 32432, and six gas mask filters.
This is not what mutual aid looks like.
This is what counterinsurgency prep looks like.
The network behind the Delaney Hall riots includes roughly 100 organizations – the "Delaney Hall 100" – reporting combined annual revenues of approximately $850 million.
That is roughly equal to the entire annual budget of Newark, New Jersey.
About 70 of those groups hold IRS charity status, enjoying tax-deductible donations from Americans who have no idea their money is funding riot gear distribution outside a federal detention facility.
The Creator Brief They Don't Want You to See
The operation runs on a strategic communications document – the "Delaney Hall Creator Brief" – obtained by an X user and shared with Fox News Digital.
The brief instructs content creators to call Delaney Hall a "concentration camp."
It orders activists never to say detainees were arrested – but to say they were "kidnapped," "abducted," or "taken."
This is not organic outrage.
This is a messaging operation with a style guide.

Chuck Flint, a nonprofit expert and former U.S. Senate chief of staff who also served as a state prosecutor, told Fox News Digital what he sees.
"These are manufactured strategic, calculated endeavors by an army of nonprofits meant to push subversive activity,” he said. “These groups generate annual revenues greater than many of the cities in which they protest. They act like military battalions with the ability to overwhelm a city's public safety resources."
The money flows through familiar names – Open Society Foundations and NEO Philanthropies among them – bankrolling organizations that activate Signal chat networks, coordinate direct action, and produce content designed to portray federal law enforcement as occupiers.
Sen. Josh Hawley saw the same architecture playing out earlier this year and wrote Attorney General Pam Bondi demanding a DOJ investigation – warning that the protests "reflect a coordinated national operation supported by layered nonprofit pass-through entities, fiscal sponsorship arrangements, and short-lived 'grassroots' fronts designed to obscure donor identity, funding sources, and operational control."
He also raised the possibility of foreign links – including ties to the Chinese Communist Party – and called the funding architecture potential racketeering.
This Playbook Has Already Gone National
What makes Newark dangerous is not what's happening in Newark.
It's what Newark proves is replicable anywhere.
NDLON – the National Day Laborer Organizing Network headquartered in Los Angeles – ran a statewide "Justice Bus" tour through New Jersey on March 27, 2026.
That was 56 days before the Delaney Hall hunger strike began.
That tour was a dry run – mapping who could mobilize, where, and how fast.
When the strike ignited in late May, the network already knew every answer.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and lawmakers on the House Ways and Means Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, and the House Oversight Committee have all launched investigations into the abuse of nonprofit laws to instigate conflict and inspire political violence.
The IRS charity status protecting these organizations was never meant to fund riot gear distribution outside a federal facility.
Flint put it plainly: "They use nonprofit status as a sword and a shield. They use it to take advantage of all the rules and then when they get in trouble they use it to protect themselves."
The chat rooms are cracked open.
The creator brief is public.
The dry run happened 56 days before the first punch was thrown – and the network is already in your city.
